What To Expect

Our driver or Assistant will meet you at the Cruise Arrival Hall. They will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name on it. The driver will then assist you with your luggage and load it into the awaiting vehicle, the vehicle in no more than 3 years old. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late. Admire the England countryside as you cruise along the roads. Arrive at your destination in a timely manner. The driver will once more assist you with your luggage and bid you farewell. Please don't hesitate to contact our reservation team if you have any question including destination options.

What a nightmare- nobody would answer the phone and the other number I found provided an error when calling. What a waste of money. Better to book when actually there with Uber.

Was not good communication on where to meet. The app didn’t say anything about which terminal I stood out in the cold and I use a cane and it was not happy very overpriced. I could have a transfer on the ship for about $64. I paid about $300 never ever use them for a ship transfer From England to Southampton paid over $300 apiece to go from London to Southampton very much a rip off very disgusted with his company this company.

While we arrived safely at our destination, overall not a terribly positive trip. We started out with our driver greeting us and then talking harshly to one of our party when we lost him in the crowd and the driver said ‘I told you where I’d be!’ Even the port worker said ‘good luck with that’ as we went on our way. Along with two hours plus of praise music (not asked if we liked the music), the driver stopped about an hour into the trip ‘to get a coffee’. He asked if we wanted anything and we waited in the van. He did bring us each a bottle of Smart Water. We arrived safely at our destination.

The only thing that would have made this a bit easier is if the Driver informs the group what kind of vehicle he is driving (perhaps providing the last three digits of the license plate) and that he’ll be circling around the area with a card with their names on it. Coming through arrivals at that cruise port was mayhem-tons of vehicles and people, made for anxiety levels rising when we didn’t know what we were looking for.

Very difficult to find the transfer bus. We did not know if we were taking a bus a car or a cab or van very little information given other than to meet the driver at the Cruise port terminal. when you got 3000 people coming off of a ship and probably 100 vehicles parked out front. It’s very difficult to figure out where you’re supposed to go. Fortunately, the driver came through the crowd with a sign with our name on it, and we were able to meet up with him and find him. This information should’ve been provided before we got back to the cruise port. What type of vehicle we were looking for or where to wait for the driver or give us some information where to meet up
