  Our transfer from the Cruise port in Southhampton to our hotel in London was seamless and right on time .We were picked up in a Mercedes SUV with plenty of room for all our luggage (5 pieces) plus another couple with their luggage. We arrived at the cruise port and our exit from the ship was earlier than anticipated. We called Viator to request an earlier pick-up time, but because it was a last-minute request, the driver had another pick-up before ours, still he showed up half hour before our original pickup time. This was a two-hour drive from the Cruise port to our hotel. Our driver was very polite and called us to let us know he was only 5 minutes away before picking us up. He was very informative pointing out places of interest while driving by once we arrived in the city. He even carried our luggage to the hotel entrance. Our transfer was arranged through Viator, highly recommended!

  Friendly helpful kind. Could not ask for a better tranport. I was worried about arriving alone in a new country to a big city -London-. She was polite, prompt, helpful. Took me right to my hotel and helped me see the city.

• Worst cab ride ever

  Honestly, I never expected a shared car ride from a cruise port to Central London to be four hours plus. I told the driver I needed a restroom about two hours in and it was two more hours till we got to our hotel. Traffic was not exceptionally heavy, but the driver never got out of his car to find four of us who had gotten off the same cruise ship and we’re waiting for him to come around with our names on a Device. After several messages with the company, we finally found out. He was sitting in his car across the drive area and never got out to find us. Then he had to go into the terminal to find two more people and then he had to go to a completely different ship terminal to pick up the last couple . We were almost an hour delay just leaving the port area then it was a very long drive into London, where he began to unload passengers at their hotels. We had a 930 reservation and did not get to our hotel until 130. We had 2 o’clock tickets to the warm room which they were gracious enough to extend when we called them, but we were fearful that we would lose those tickets . Even after multiple times of saying, I really needed restroom. The driver totally ignored it until we got to the first hotel. It was agonizing.

  Great and quiet ride. Driver was very accommodating and arrived at our pick up point right on time. Will definitely use again.

  The tour operator texted me the day before to say the driver would call me and tell me where we would be picked up. No call. The driver got there 25 min late. We were getting ready to find to find alternate transportation. We finally found her and had to drag all our luggage about a 6 min walk. The ride was scary she was a very aggressive/ fast driver. We had to stop at a rest stop for her and waited more than 10 min for her to return to car. I won’t book this again and don’t recommend them.
