Our driver or Assistant will meet you at the Cruise Arrival Hall. They will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name on it. The driver will then assist you with your luggage and load it into the awaiting vehicle, the vehicle in no more than 3 years old. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late. Admire the England countryside as you cruise along the roads. Arrive at your destination in a timely manner. The driver will once more assist you with your luggage and bid you farewell. While pickup at the port is a mess, it's normal, driver and my group made contact on scheduled time. I cannot remember the name of the company the driver Pedro worked for. The van did not have a step stool to assist people into the it. Very rough ride back there. Also had folks for 2 other stops. Not a pleasant experience.

The first transfer pickup from Heathrow Airport to the hotel was delayed close to 1 hour. I tried a chat session with the tour operator, as guided by your site information, and never got a reply. I then called Viator, after not being able to locate our driver, and was told by your customer service representative that she was unable to contact anyone at the the tour operator's office because they were closed . After 45 minutes from the scheduled pickup, the driver reached out to me via WhatsApp. The driver insisted that she had been waiting for us for 1/2 hour in the area designated for pickups. We find that impossible to believe, since we walked back and forth several times by the pickup area and she was nowhere to be seen. The 2nd transfer from our London Hotel to the Southhampton Cruise Terminal was on time. However, space designated for the comfort of 2 passengers and their luggage was limited. Additionally, area designated in a vehicle for luggage should be padded/carpeted and secured, so as to ensure that luggage doesn't become damaged nor should it be sliding around said area during the ride. The 3rd transfer from the Southhampton Cruise Termimal was on time. However, the inside of the van was dirty and a cracked front windshield, and was more suitable for transporting cargo than passengers. Once again, space designated for customer's luggage should be padded/carpeted and secured, so as to ensure that luggage doesn't become damaged or move around during the ride. For the price we paid for all 3 private transfers we were expecting a more appropriate vehicle for 2 passengers, 3 pieces of luggage and 2 personal bags. We have previous experiences vacationing with Viator transports and tours and have never experienced such disappointment.

Our driver had to come from London to Southampton cruise port to pick us up and was late by about 35 min due to an accident on the highway. Luckily we were only going to a hotel in London and not to catch a flight. Driver apologized for the delay but no one had called me to notify of the delay. I had to call the service provider several times to get information. After seeing practically everyone else from the ship leave via taxi and Ubers I am going to try a different method of reserving a ride in the future.

The trip was long between Southampton and London, and unfortunately, we were moved from our transfer to an Uber driver who had to pay his own fees and taxes, and congestion charges in order to take us to our destination. Though he was very friendly and interactive with us, we felt bad with him because we don’t know if the amount that we paid will be transferred to him Since we did a slight change on the departure time it moved us into this scenario so the original company did not do the transport for us and moved us to Uber. The first Uber driver accepted the order and then canceled it promptly right after. I believe they did this because they realize the route and costs on their end versus what they would get in compensation.
