Exclusive to Beppu, this workshop is led by renowned Japanese artist Tomoe Higashi, who also speaks English. Tomoe studied art at Bath Spa university in the United Kingdom, before returning to Japan to become a full-time artist.
Offering a rare chance to interact with a local artist, this workshop is centred around creating personalised cherry-blossom inspired pieces, providing participants with a cultural and artistic souvenir to take home with them.

Experience artistic expression guided by the talented Beppu-based artist, Tomoe Higashi. Try your hand at painting realistic-looking Japanese cherry blossoms on canvas under Tomoe's guidance. 5.00it was an really amazing experience for me and my friends!!! Sensei was so kind and encouraging! And i enjoyed it so much!! even though i’m not really good at painting but i do really enjoyed it cuz i finished my own artwork by myself. it’s a wonderful workshop if u wanna relax yourself!!!
