Stressful and not worth it!

1.0The most memorable part is that I had to deal with food allergies the whole time. Being told at booking that there would be no problems to end up with a possible 4 or of 6 places I might get to eat. I had to fight for getting to eat what I had paid for. The portions were small and not worth the money! Don't waste your money!!!

5.0Taylor had so much information and she did a great good relating the food to the historical area. The restaurant choice was good and the experience was amazing. The tour has given me a better appreciation for my city. Go RVA!

5.0Taylor was an excellent guide! She was well informed about each of the restaurants we visited, and about the history of the neighborhoods. The fried chicken and bread pudding at Buttermilk and Honey on Grace were amazing, as was the short rib egg roll at Lillie Pearl!

2.0Very disappointing! Our tour guide, Sarah, was great! The food options were very blah! The first restaurant Lily Pearl was great but then it went downhill. Our next stop was an Ethiopian coffee shop. The was a soy o hospitality when we walked in. Very blah and basic. Our third stop was Mama’s, I think, had even less hospitality. We had to stand outside and eat standing up. The portions were so small and not good. The last two stop revived the tour somewhat.
