  Enjoyed the tour - provided a lot of insights into the city. Great anecdotes about the Federal Reserve and Church Hill, in particular. Tour guide gave a comprehensive and interesting overview. Bus driver did well guiding an old historic vehicle over hilly and bumpy terrain. I would say that as we got further into the tour, the trolley did fill with the smell of fuel - which other reviewers have mentioned. Really should fix the underlying problem there - can’t be good customers, the tour guide/bus driver to be inhaling those fumes.

  This is a very thorough tour of the city of Richmond. You will see highlights and learn much about the history in a relaxed mode of transportation, the trolley. The guide was informative and well first in all areas of Richmond history

  Fee was fine, but the length of time needed could be extended 1/2 hour. Driver and presenter would of like the extra time to show the city of Richmond, VA. The presenter was well experienced of the city, etc. The crowd size and atmosphere was excellent. When advertising the business tour, it would be nice to explain parking areas, etc. Again could use more extended time for the tour.

  The tour started out fine, though the tour guide gave immediate incorrect historical information. Near the end of the tour he went on a soap-box sort of rant about the George Floyd protests couching them in "we all just need to get along" to cover his racism. He described the protests as "riots" and said verbatim, "A CRIMINAL was arrested," dehumanizing the man who was brutally murdered over an alleged petty crime. Also his love-letter style poetic waxing about what a great man Robert E Lee was, was uncomfortable. I prefer tours without bias or racism.

  The tour guide was well informed about the history of Richmond. He knew all the facts and always added some humor which made the tour even better. My daughter and I saw everything we wanted to see from this trolley tour. Well worth the money and the time.
