5.00Our overall experience was good. Our flight was delayed but they informed us that they would be tracking our flight and that the driver would be waiting for us in arrivals. However, they were not there and we had to wait quite a while. With the help of a kind airport worker, he got in contact with the company and they came to pick us up. Returning to the airport at the end of our stay, there were no issues. Our driver coming back was Ziggy. He was wonderful. Both drivers we had were kind, assisted us with our luggage, and shared some valuable information with us about the island. I would recommend this company for airport pick-ups/drop-offs. Thank you so much!
