5.00Reliable. They have a dispatcher inside at the airport who was very helpful, he is there waiting with your name on a sign and will bring you to your driver. Our driver was Marc, he was polite & professional. The trafic was jammed. He managed to bring us on time at our destination. The service was excellent. We'll use the again for sure! Good job Marc!

4.00Guess at 4:30pm lots of traffic. I waited 20mins for my ride. Had people to meet to go somewhere. I ended up sharing a ride with 2 others. The driver was kind and the girls were fun too. I did make our reservation on time. It was upsetting at first.
