1) We offer private, secure transportation services from the Airport to the Hotel and vice versa. 2) Transfers to Restaurant (round-trip). 3) Large group can travel together in one vehicle when on the Island. 4) If traveling with kids, we have boosters and child-seats available (upon request). 5) Waiting time is 1 hour after your arrival time in Aruba

1.00They were rude and actually told me that if I wasn’t happy to take a cab. Would not use again as service was that bad! My pickup was scheduled for 90 mins after my flight got in

1.00I called the day before to ask for an earlier pick up time after much back and forth communication a new pick up time was agreed upon a couple of hours later I received communication confirming our pick up at the original time. Once again I contacted Viator and yes they saw the change in time but I was told I needed to make the change with the company. Since my contract is with Viator I explained that is your role. What ended up happening was I told Viator cost service to cancel the trip to the airport. The next day someone shows up at the hotel to pick us up. I told them i cancelled it the day before. I expect a refund for this failed trip as well

1.00I have used Viator for airport pickup/drop off, tours in Italy, Norway, Amsterdam and Aruba with now complaints at all. This past trip there was no one there. We had to search for our pick up and when we found him he still had to call our driver. The experience was awful and I should be refunded for such horrible service

1.00The ride back to the airport was over an hour late picking us up! They lied and said they came pass 2times we were in the lobby outside with the bell men calling and calling . Then the ride shows up letting out another passenger. Do it appears he left us to go get another person

5.00Amazing car service also with beautiful vehicles! Super clean. Pick up was even earlier than scheduled time which was nice. Both drivers to and from airport were super friendly and courteous. Would recommend this service to anyone traveling to Aruba.
