They canceled the day before without properly notifying us. They didn’t send email or a place a phone call or text. Only way we found out was by going into the messaging the provider section in the app the day of when we were waiting at the meeting point. They had left a message in there. The app still had the activity as confirmed.

They canceled our tour on us. It’s been five days and they still have not refunded our money.

Our tour was canceled and we were never given our money back or the decency of a response to our 3 emails.

We received a WhatsApp message about 4 hours before this was due to start advising the tour was cancelled and we would get a refund. We had to follow up with Viator to get the refund. Disappointing that the tour provider doesn’t have to comply with the same cancellation terms that we have to (24 hours notice) as we had organised our day around this tour.

We come to Aruba every winter and are always looking for new things. The Sip and Savor Lunch tour was just perfect - we sampled a variety of foods from different countries, were welcomed at new restaurants, and had a nice walk around Oranjestad. Portions are generous so come hungry!
