Boarding takes place via a spacious shuttle boat (for up to 15 people) that transports guests to the catamaran. This shuttle, like all our vessels, undergoes inspection every six months to ensure safety and quality. From the beach hut (where check-in takes place), it’s a short 30-meter/ 98 foot ride to the catamaran. This area of the sea is as calm as a lake, with little to no waves throughout the year

5.00They pick you up right at the beach in a smaller boat and take you out to the catamaran thats anchored a little ways off shore, you do have to step into the water to get onto the first boat so bring appropriate footwear. You get your frist drink as soon as your onboard, all the drinks and snacks were good. The whole crew was very friendly and fun! Was a very enjoyable experience.

1.00No instructions for parking were provided and no pickups are offered. First time in Aruba and there was no instructions on driving options. Arrived on time but missed the boat due to lack of parking details. The service was not helpful at all. Do not recommend!

5.00Had a great experience …crew were wonderful. We had a gentleman with mobility issues that they made sure he was safe. With that being said I think people need to be aware that you are loading onto a small boat from the beach via a latter. Not a pier. Your feet will get wet. They shuttle you off to the larger catamaran anchored off the shore. Then you need to climb another latter to get on the catamaran. It can be difficult in choppy waters. Dress accordingly and don’t bring anything you need to hold onto so you can use both hands. I highly recommend just need to know what you are in for!!
