3.00The jet ski was great, however I am not impressed with the customer service. I was given attitude by one of your male staff for being late. However, I did not get an email saying we were supposed to be there at 10:30 so we arrived there for 10:45. Not impressed by that. The other workers were great and those workers provided excellent customer service.
We had a great time on the jet ski and making arrangements was easy.

5.00I had absolutely so much fun with this experience. Towards the end, it started raining. In the rain felt like hail. Trying to come back to shore. It was a little difficult, but I would do it again in a heartbeat.

1.00If I could give this company no stars, I would in a heart beat. My group had the worst experience we have ever had with the jet ski rental place in Aruba. This place is actually horrendous and they do not care how they deal with you because they get away with everything bc they all have each other’s backs. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
