5.00Great time day on a boat- they took us fishing, around the island and to a couple places to swim, the last having so many fish!! Definitely a great decision!

1.00We chartered the boat for 3 hours. It started to drizzle right before the boat arrived. The waves picked up and it was dangerous getting on to the boat. The captain should have cancelled at that point. We made it about 300 yards from the dock, and it started to pour and the waves increased. We told the captain we wanted to go back to the dock. In which he was not happy and tried to get us to continue. We were soaked and taking a beating. He returned to the dock, and it was very dangerous getting off. We requested a refund from Viator . They said they investigated and the captain lied and said it never rained. Viator said there was no evidence by weather report of rain. Denying the refund twice. I sent proof of rain in the area. They now won't respond to emails and reused the refund again. It Cleary states a refund on bad weather. They are Cleary both shady operations. They have no interest in safety of their passengers and no integrity.

5.00An amazing New Years Day adventure! Booked less than 24 hrs before. Captain and guide were amazing great snorkeling spots and found us turtles. We ended the day at a sandbar. It was perfect!

1.00Boat never showed up! The guys at the stand were great and tried hard to find someone, but no boat. Customer service was wonderful and gave an immediate full refund.

5.00Great expierience I would suggest...the spend is more than worth it. Around Aruba Tours made it so easy...I booked the complete transaction over what's app, so easy. The boat was incredible comfortably fit 8, with a two man crew...they supplied non alcoholic drinks and Ice. Our crew made the trip...The Captain Johnathan really knows his craft, he timed the a view of a plane landing "fly over" to the minute, we pulled up and the plane appeared...crazy fun to watch! Aruba Dave was the best tour guide...he made us feel welcome from minute one. His stories and knowledge of the island made the trip so much fun...and he is a perfect DJ. The best part is they make you feel like the boat is yours, from snorkeling to floating in crystal clear blue water. You choose what you want to do. I highly recommend Around Aruba Tours...and make sure you ask for Aruba Dave and Captian Jonathan!!! They truly made the trip memorable!! Steve Soojian

5.00Top notch service. We booked Positive Vibes boat for a 10 person private snorkel trip for two hours. The boat is great and the capt and first mate were awesome. We have booked them twice at their beach shack near the Holiday Inn on Palm Beach.
