Originally a private home, this location was required by law to offer lodging after it was purchased by a ferry owner. With such a long history, it’s no surprise that spirits are said to haunt this spot. As we pass by, you'll hear the chilling stories of the ghosts associated with this historic site.
With its advanced stone heating unit in the basement, this site was home to the governor of Maryland from 1720-1727. However, the most intriguing ghost isn't from that era. Listen to the salacious tale of a 19th-century spirit that haunts this historic location.

What a wonderful ghost tours of Annapolis. What I enjoyed the most was the how the tour guide flowed. We had local history, architecture history, local history and we got the scar, sad and and many times comical. Another highlight was that the city was busy for a Saturday nightlife and we easily navigated through and all the music, sights and sounds only enhance our experience. I can't wait to go on another ghost tours,

Kat was so fun and engaging! Great ghost stories and even better memories for my friend's 40th birthday trip. Good size group without being too big!

A nice walk but there is a bit of uphill climbing and uneven pavement and it's dark so beware. Annapolis is beautiful and full of history.

An entertaining and informative ghostly tour. Our guide Kat clearly had a genuine interest in the subject which was contagious. A very pleasurable way to see historic Annapolis and learn some of the supernatural stories.

Traveled an hour for the tour. Parking was terrible so crowded down there. Couldn't find the tour guide. Found who we thought our tour guide was listened for 15 mins to find out it wasn't and our tour had already left. No refund and no tour.

No directions other than address which we went to an hour in advance to make sure we knew where to go (red house with adjacent gravel lot apparently). 7:55, 5 minutes short of meeting time - nobody there. Walked around asking people and asking GPS which was totally flummoxed saying we were there but trying to take us in circles. With two streets having same name and same address, specific directions would have been in order ( like that we were meeting in upstairs room of a restaurant) when we finally got to second address it was a restaurant and most of staff new nothing of ghost tour. 8:30 by then - one tall male waiter/ host directed us upstairs but empty room attested to tour long gone.
