We can highly recommend the Rishikesh experience tour. Our guide, Ashish was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable and very friendly. We started by being picked up in a Tuk-Tuk from our hotel and went to the Beatles Ashram first. It was amazing - an absolute must, whether you liked the Beatles or not! (Just a note, that there is some walking involved so I’d suggest suitable footwear) After this we went to the Parmarth niketan ashram which again was really interesting, we walked through the colourful Shwargashram market and stopped in a cafe overlooking the Ganges for tea and cake which was fantastic! We then walked through Greeta Bhavan ashram before getting on a perfectly timed boat as the sun set to cross to the other side of the Ganges to watch the Ganga Aarti which was absolutely amazing! We then returned by Tuk-Tuk to our hotel 6hrs later. It really was an u credible trio and I would say don’t leave the area without doing this!
