5.00This Private Tour of Athens with Theodore was the most perfect day! He was fantastic plus we had a Private Tour guide, Vesso, who accompanied us inside all of the sites. The two of them were so knowledgeable and caring. We learned so much. They were so attentive to our parents, who are 82 & 90 years old. For a family of seven this was definitely the way to visit Athens!!
Amazing, perfect and wonderful!! Well worth it.

5.00This was the best tour!! Theodore was an amazing driver & guide. Plus we had a separate tour guide, Vesso, that went inside all of the places with us and was so informative. For a family of seven this was definitely the way to tour Athens. They took such great care of us especially my parents who are 82 & 90 years old!! Highly recommend working with Theodore and taking this private tour option.
Recommend if you want to do by yourself and just have someone drive you places.

4.00This experience was great however you will only be with a tour guide when in the car. They will drive you spot to spot and tell you history in the car but will not go into the attractions with you. Several places we were on our own for over an hour just wondering. It would’ve been so nice to have someone with us explaining things and telling us the history about everything as we went.

5.00Our private full-day tour of Athens was truly an incredible experience. We were completely immersed in the rich history of Greece and the origins of Western civilization. Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and insightful—he connected each site perfectly, helping us understand both the physical setting and the historical context of what we were seeing. The weather was absolutely perfect, which made the day even more enjoyable. The Acropolis is simply majestic, while the Ancient Agora transports you back to the everyday life of ancient Athenians and the birthplace of democratic thought inspired by Socrates and his successors. The Acropolis Museum is an absolute must-see. I can’t decide which impressed me more—the stunning architecture and modern design of the building itself or the fascinating collection it houses. 5.00Amazing!!! Everything we’d hoped for and more. This tour exceeded our expectations and we’ve used Viator before. Our guide, Pantelis, was fabulous. He was very helpful, very informative, clear in all his explanations and made sure we had our skip the line tickets for all sites we visited. I just can’t praise him enough for all we learned and saw.

5.00This tour was incredible! It exceeded expectations. This tour was recommended by friends who took the same tour last year. Our tour started with Theodore (our driver and tour guide around Athens) arriving on time and greeting us with a big smile. His knowledge of the various sites and driving skills in the streets of Athens made the day pass by so quickly. We saw so much! We enjoyed a walk through the park in downtown with Theodore explaining the important aspects and history of this green space. We saw the Acropolis, the Ancient Agora, the changing of the guard at the Presidential palace, the Olympic stadium that has a long history even before the 1st Olympic games of the new era. Lunch was included in an outdoor restaurant. We had Gyros, Greek Salad, Baclava and a drink. There were times that Theodore had to drop us off and let us go on our own. He set a time that he would return to pick us up and he was always there when he said he would. We went up Mount Licabettus for a spectacular view of Athens. It is the highest point in Athens and the traffic to get to the top was navigated by Theodore with ease. He never was phased by anything during the day. I would recommend this full day tour to anyone. You see so much more and getting information about what you will see and experience makes it an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Theodore who helped shape great memories of that day. This company looked after all our transportation to and from the airport, hotel, cruise port. We dealt with Alexander in setting this all up with Olive Sea Travel. The rest of the drivers we had were courteous, professional and friendly. They were proud to show off the great city of Athens.
