Our host was very knowledgeable and entertaining, we learned a lot on this visit. Highly recommend for anyone who would like to learn the real story. He filled in puzzle pieces for me that I didn’t learn in history class.

Henry was great! He delivered the commentary with enthusiasm and candor. The storyline matched the tour to a t. We only had five hours, and I’m sure Henry would have extended it for a few more if we would’ve had the time. Highly recommended, gave us a whole new perspective of Atlanta.

My ATL tour was unexpected but, surprisingly amazing! I expected a fluff experience I actually got a educational experience! My guide was amazing with knowledge and delivering it well! I could of asked a million questions! But ran out of time and unfortunately was trying to soak everything in at the same time! I hope he knows he made a difference in my eyes!!

This was an extensive tour with wonderful insights and great conversation with our guide, Henry. It was my wife and I and we were not rushed at any point during the day. Spent almost 6 hours soaking it all in.

We toured with Henry and he was excellent — very knowledgeable about the city’s history & accommodating. A lot to pack in history-wise, but well worth it.

This was a great comprehensive overview of our nation's history on slavery and basic civil rights. Henry was knowledgeable on this subject and presented facts in an unbiased way thus allowing you to come to your personal conclusions on this topic.

This tour was outstanding. We ended up with a very personal, almost private experience, and Henry was an incredible guide. He truly tailored the tour to what we wanted to see most, which made it feel thoughtful and customized rather than scripted. My son is a huge history buff, so this tour was absolutely perfect for him. Henry shared videos and movie clips to add context, explained everything at just the right pace, and made complex history easy to understand and engaging. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and incredibly passionate about the subject matter. Henry did an amazing job bringing the history of plantations, the Civil War, and the Civil Rights movement to life. We learned so much and never felt rushed. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a meaningful and educational experience.
