Unique experience, saw lots of different species of fish, but unfortunately no rays. Professional team, peppered the interesting commentary with amusing jokes and comments. Bit pricey, but worth it.

It's a hit or Miss. it's a lot of money wasted when you don't see much. Very over priced $420 for 2 w taxi. Not many people seemed excited

Wow! What a trip that was. We parked in the small car park by their offices. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. When we arrived we sat at the front of the office where you can have drinks and food whilst waiting for others to arrive. We were then led to the boat where we were given a safety briefing whilst on route to the submarine which was moored off the coast. We climbed down the stairs into the sub where each seat faced a porthole. As we descended the fish came and what a sight that was. We were given commentary throughout the trip as to the fish and coral we were seeing. We then went to the wreck site which was interesting. The whole trip felt safe and kept on amazing us. We were underwater for around 40 minutes. A brilliant trip for children as well as adults.

We really loved this!!! Right from the start the crew - Craig and Rashid - were a brilliant double-act! They were witty and informative and we had a fabulous time. The views from the portholes were magnificent and Craig made sure passengers on both sides could clearly see and enjoy the shipwreck, the diverse shoals of fish, the coral and our lone turtle. For us, to go down into the ocean in a vessel and be part of the world down there was extraordinary. It was a joyous delight and a privilege.

Very nice exit, we have along a wreck and seen plenty of fish. Unfortunately no turtles or skates but next time maybe.

Overall this experience was disappointing. Being on a mini submarine underwater was pretty cool but that really was the only positive. After arriving with others from our resort, we were instructed to sit at a table. No other instructions given. As others were called to go inside the building, we sat and waited. After a while the crew started moving people down to the boat that takes you out to the sub. We got up and asked a staff member where to get a boarding pass and he grunted and pointed to inside. We went inside and asked for a boarding pass. We were told we were on the next sub in 30 minutes. After explaining that we had a reservation for this sub, they looked at us like we didn't know what we were talking about. We had to explain we needed to be on this sub so we could get back to the resort on the taxi that brought us, they made some changes to get us on but it seemed like they felt they were doing us a favor. Whatever. We got on the sub and the crew was great. The decent and ascent were very smooth - you couldn't tell you were moving. The biggest disappointment was the lack of aquatic life. It's understood that the crew can't be responsible for what aquatic life will and/or will not do but you would think they would have sites to go to that would have more aquatic life. We went to one wreck and saw one school of fish in a 40 or so minute dive. We saw way more aquatic life on a snorkeling trip the next day . Overall it was cool to be on a mini sub but the total experience was not impressive. Save your money.

This was one our family’s most favorite excursions in Barbados. The staff was by far some of the friendliest of all we encountered during our outings. Isaiah and his partner made us feel very safe and were very informative during the whole trip - taking the time to answer all of our questions and giving very thoughtful responses. We thought this would be mostly fun for our young kiddos, and it certainly was, but my husband and I remarked that we could have spent hours under the sea just gazing at the amazing coral reefs and variety of tropical fish. The entire excursion was two hours which was a great length for our kids. Definitely recommend doing this if you haven’t yet!

This is a great excursion for anyone who likes exploring under the sea! We saw lots of varieties of fish and saw a couple turtles. The staff were friendly and booking through Viator was easy and was so much cheaper than booking through the cruise line. I wish it would have lasted longer because the 45 minutes flew by. We caught a taxi at the NCL port and took a short 10ish minutes and was $12 a person which seemed to be the standard at all 7 ports where we stopped.
