Kids under a certain age are not allowed to ride quads or buggies on their own. For their safety, they must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

It is advisable that people who are over 65 years old avoid riding quads or buggies.

The service provider carries out ATVs , so a passport must be brought in to sign the desert bike rental contract.

Buggy or Quad Bikes allocation is based on group size: 1 buggy for 1–2 people, 2 buggies for 3–4 people, and 3 buggies for 5–6 people, 1 Quad Bike for each person

We had such a good time with Neveed! He was super friendly and patient with us. He stopped multiple times for our family to take “the perfect” photo. I would recommend asking for him the next time you want to book a safari in Qatar!

As a family, we were thoroughly impressed with the Desert Safari experience. The excursion began with a brief city tour enroute to the desert, led by our driver, Junaid, whose knowledge of Qatar was great. He answered our many questions with insight and enthusiasm, making the journey both informative and enjoyable. Upon arrival at the ATV centre, we opted to upgrade to a dune buggy, something my son was particularly excited about. We were accompanied by a guide who drove ahead to provide navigation, which made for an exhilarating and well-supported adventure. The experience continued with a short camel ride, followed by thrilling dune bashing and sandboarding, before concluding at the stunning Sealine beach. We had booked for mid-afternoon to catch the sunset, and it did not disappoint. Junaid also took some fantastic photos throughout the day, if he ever considers a career change, he’d make an excellent photographer! His professionalism and deep local knowledge truly enhanced the overall experience. Thank you for a memorable afternoon.

Had an amazing time in the desert with our tour guide, Amir! On the way there Amir took the time to explain the history and background of Doha, which was very wholesome. We had a lovely time on the quad bikes (we were allowed to upgrade from the ATVs for an additional fee once we got there) where our tour guide took us on a spectacular tour of the dunes. From there we rode camels, went dune bashing and sand boarding by the water where Amir took lovely photos of us! All in all, it was an amazing experience and we would definitely book again when visiting Doha.
