5.00We had an amazing experience with this private tour and truly couldn’t be happier. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent — they contacted us several days in advance and again the day before to organize everything perfectly. We were picked up on time and felt very well taken care of from start to finish. We spent two full days with our tour guide, Kenneth, and both days were absolutely fantastic. The first day was completely personalized to our interests (Rotorua, Kiwi Hatchery, Redwood Forrest). On the second day, he was again extremely punctual and made sure we visited everything included in the itinerary always in schedule. We visited beautiful places such as Rotorua, Taupo, both lakes, Waiotapu, the Blue Springs, Redwood Forrest, the National Kiwi Hatchery and both days had lunch in very good and delicious places. Kenneth was extremely kind, patient, and professional. He treated us wonderfully at all times and made the whole experience feel very special and relaxed. The tours are fully customizable, and he is very open to adapting them to what you want to see and do. We are truly grateful for this experience and highly recommend this tour 100%. It was personal, well organized, and unforgettable.

5.00Just returned from a long but wonderful day trip from Auckland to Rotarua and Taupo. Our guide, Dong, was fantastic. He was friendly, funny, very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. He guided us expertly around every place we visited and provided good facts and information on the way.

5.00We made the reservation just one day before departure, but the team still managed to arrange a well-timed schedule with thorough preparation. The guide shared several great tips that are not commonly known to visitors, and the entire day was planned thoughtfully, covering excellent spots without feeling rushed. The time management throughout the day was especially impressive. Our guide was very friendly, easy to talk to, and made the experience even more enjoyable with pleasant conversations along the way. Combined with the beautiful views at each location, it was a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-organized tour with local insights and a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere.

5.00We joined about five tours via this Viator platform when my family and I visited New Zealand recently. And I can safely say only this tour is run more like a proper tour because the guide Kenneth was a terrific professional tour guide. The other ‘guides’ were merely behaving more like a driver for us. If so, I might as well hire a car and move around. As I said, there is no complaint about Kenneth. He is friendly, knowledgeable and took us to all those places listed in the itinerary and on time to watch the Lady Knox Geyser show. Totally worth it. If there is any misgiving about the trip, it is that despite having paid so much, the operator could have sent a van or better vehicle to take our family of three around. Instead, they used a small car.
