An individual and private round-trip transfer. An English-speaking chauffeur with excellent knowledge about region and history is at your service, and will take care of you and help with buying tickets if necessary. This transfer will take you to the largest German Nazi concentration and extermination camp, Auschwitz-Birkenau.
The service is carried out in a luxurious Mercedes S-class, or in the case of a larger group, a Mercedes Van. After arriving at the destination, our driver will take you to the ticket office (if you need to buy tickets), or directly to the entrance to the Museum, where you will start your tour. After the tour, you will meet at a previously agreed place and be taken back to Krakow.

What To Expect
We pick you up from your hotel at appointed time (you are deciding what time you want to begin the trip) Auschwitz Concentration Camp and Museum is located about 70 km from Krakow – the journey takes about 1h 20 min. You will visit two camps: Auschwitz and Birkenau. The distance between them is 5 minutes by car/shuttle bus. Total visit should takes 3-3,5 hours. We'll wait for you and drive you back when finish. Total duration should takes maximum 7 hours.

5.00Alicja was absolutely fantastic! She picked us up outside our hotel promptly in her Mercedes and drove us to Auschwitz. Although the journey was 1.5 hours, Alicja gave us a great history about Poland during WWII and made the journey go fast! She made sure we got where we needed to be and we were handed over to our official Auschwitz tour guide. She was waiting for us on our return with lunch and was such a friendly and kind person! The tour itself although very sad is a must and would recommend everyone to do it to make sure what happened is not forgotten. Thank you Alicja!

5.00We can only repeat what others have said - Alicja is the ultimate guide for knowledge, flexibility and fun. We did the city tour, which combined history with delicious local snacks, and then Auschwitz. It was the first time we had ever used a city guide and the experience was perfect. Recommended.

5.00Our driver, Alicja, arranged pickup with us at our hotel. She was prompt and very engaging. Her car was spotless and she was an excellent driver. She was very knowledgeable about Auschwitz/Birkenau and facilitated everything for us, from arranging our tickets to guiding us through the lines and even gave us great restaurant recommendations in Krakow. She was quite simply, fantastic and we could not have been more pleased. Be sure you book Alicja Wrobel if you have the opportunity..it is well worth the cost to have all the arrangements so professionally handled.

5.00Thank you for providing my parents and I a 5* service, it was faultless. We were picked up at 6:45 on the dot in a fabulous Mercedes, the driver and car both immaculately presented, very friendly and professional. We went on to Auschwitz were our driver escorted us to the main reception and waited for us until we were ready to head over to Birkenau. The weather was rainy and he provided us large umbrellas for our trip. We used the same company for our Airport transfers, all vehicles were spotlessly clean and smart as were the drivers. I cannot recommend this company enough and will be using them when I return to Krakow in the near future.
