5.00I booked the 6 hour study tour which was excellent. Dominika was my driver and was on time, very professional and very pleasant to talk to. At the end of the tour, it started to rain hard and when I got off the shuttle bus from Birkenau she was waiting for me right at the stop so I did not get wet. The study tour was excellent also. It is a long day with lots of walking but was very well organized and we were able to see some exhibits not open to the general tours. The camps are a very profound personal experience and it is important to go and be a respectful witness for all the victims.

5.00We booked a car to take us out to Auschwitz/Birkenau from Kraków, after our prepaid tour was canceled by the company the day before our tour date. We were very pleased with our driver, BART. Bart was polite, personable, timely and a very good driver. In addition to just driving us he assisted in getting us last minute tickets and navigating the obstacles involved with last minuted changes and travel. We would highly recommend using BART as your driver/guide if you plan on doing this day trip.

5.00Wow what an experience. We were picked up by Max in a lovely mini van and he was on time and a great driver. The tour of Auschwitz was mainly for my sons educations but wow such a moving museum and the guide was very knowledgeable. It was a full day out and there was never a moment what wasn’t of interest to us. I would certainly recommend GR8WAY and I will be sure to use them again for my next visit.

4.00Very good service and a meaningful trip. The only thing is when you do the tour with a guide and with a transfer you don't have time to take a little break between the camps or to have a look in the museumshops. We had just 10 min to go to the toilet. Me personally would have preferred 20 min till half an hour. For the rest I highly recommend this trip!
