It was an amazing experience and I recommend it to everyone. It's a lengthy visit (approximately 5 hours) but it's worth every minute and you won't notice the time passing by. I think the price is fair for the quality of service and the wealth of information you get in return. Our guide Hubert was amazing. Very kind, helpful but also very professional. Thank you again!

Wow what a trip! My partner had booked the trip through this group due to good reviews. They were good at communicating via WhatsApp, were on time at pick up. Nice Mercedes bus. Informative driver who kept us up to date. They had sorted the tickets out for us to jump any queue. Did loads of steps that day, the tour guy was fabulous, everything was very organised

Excellent service from our knowledgeable driver Patrycja. Auschwitz is over an hour from Krakow journey time depends on traffic, we were out of the tourist season but still busy on roads and busy at Auschwitz. There is a lot to take in at Auschwitz and by having a tour you get to see the main bits and get around and our guide was extremely knowledgeable, I think if you did it yourself and tried to read everything it would take an awful long time so it depends on your level of interest and ability to take it all in. Being fully aware beforehand of what went on does not take anything away from the visit, being confronted by the mountains of shoes and cropped hair of victims is very chilling. When we were at Birkenhau there were some young Israeli s giving an open open air service of remembrance, very moving especially when you consider the recent atrocities of October 7th.
