Such an incredible experience. Can’t not recommend this company enough. Everything was so easy from the pickup the morning of, to getting to Auschwitz’s and immediately starting our tour. Our driver Kacper was very friendly and prompt. If you have been considering going to Auschwitz book with this company.

Our transfer was seamless - clear information in advance, right on time, and flexible as we needed to pick up something on our way back from Auschwitz. Greg was open, kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!

Was an unbelievable experience from start to finish. Our driver was very friendly and even kindly got me and my girlfriend a snack after the very insightful and impactful trip at Auschwitz. I would 100% book through Cracow Private Tour again and have already recommended their services to many of my friends who plan on visiting Poland in the future.

The driver was Proactive, adaptable, nice, service oriented… Greg planed with us the details, 24 hours before the tour. It was not easy (we arrived late in krakov) but they made it !

Matthew our driver was punctual, very friendly and as a local provided us with a wealth of background information. On arrival at Auschwitz, Chris was our guide and he was excellent, extremely knowledgeable throughout- highly remommend.

Very difficult day, but a must do! Our driver was fantastic. One thing kind of frustrating was our tour time was changed. It appears this happens a lot with Krakow tours.

This trip was a must. I found it very simple and easy to book online. I had confirmation straight away. When it came to our trip I had a message from Greg explaining everything we needed to know. The day before our trip I received a second message to confirm our pick up time. Our drivers name and his number. A picture of the car. Our driver Wojtek was outside our hotel 10 mins before our pick up time. Wojtek was happy to see us and greeted us very pleasantly. Gave our tickets for the trip and opened the car door for us. Shared some information about the journey and told us to sit back and relax. On our journey Wojtek took a stop to show us an old style Polish village. Once we arrived he took us to our returned meeting point explained it very clearly twice. Then took us to auschwiz. Explained how to get in and where to go once we was in. Also gave us a fudge sweet :). Once we had finished we text and he arrived within two minutes. A bottle of water and a sweet treat was given to us. He also then took us to see the mass graves which added an extra insight into the trip. Wojtek then drove us back home safely right to our hotel door step. I recommend using Cracow private tours for any of your trips. A job well done. Thank you once again.

A friend recommended Greg to us and we are pleased we used him. We left organising out trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau a little late but Greg was able to secure tickets for us at short notice, which was really appreciated. Greg was punctual and picked us up from a central location, which wasn't the easiest to get to. The car was clean, journey smooth and he provided a running commentary. I will always remember the water works office! Also used Greg for the Salt-mine trip on a separate day, which was also organised at short notice but he got us tickets for the first tour of the day. Would highly recommend him to friends to use in future.
