5.00We booked 3 tours before we left the UK. Michal was very professional, he answered our request very promptly and confirmed the dates and tours before we left the UK. No payment was made prior, it was made in the day of each tour. The night before he messaged to confirm our time and location of collection (which was outside our hotel as agreed at booking). The drivers turned up on time, in clean well maintained vehicles. All 3 drivers were very professional, polite and organised us on our days so we knew exactly what was happening and where we needed to be. The tour guides that escorted us all spoke clear English and were very well knowledgeable. It’s been a very enjoyable trip for us thanks to Michal, who was recommended to us by a family member. Thank you everyone involved, we received excellent service would highly recommend.

5.00The tour was operated by the Auschwitz’s museum guides as I understand all tours are and was very informative and powerful as expected. The driver, Michael, was excellent. Arrived 5 minutes early so we were in our way immediately. The car was clean and to an extra bit lunch was added. Would highly recommend.

5.00I booked an Auschwitz tour for my parents with Michał Kr via facebook messenger after seeing him recommended by many others. The tour included hotel pick-up and drop-off. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The driver arrived right on time at 7am in the morning and everything was very well organised, which made the day completely stress-free. Transport was a mini bus, comfortable and efficient, they were also given the option to add on a packed lunch, which turned out to be really good value and very convenient during the day. The guide at Auschwitz was knowledgeable, respectful and explained the history clearly while allowing time to take everything in. It was a very well-run tour overall. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area — great organisation, punctual service, and a very informative guide. Thanks again!

5.00Communication was excellent from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained and was very well organised. Lucasz was an excellent and attentive driver who also sorted out our packed lunch taking great care with our daughter’s peanut allergy. Our English speaking guide when we got there was very knowledgeable and passionate about his topic. Highly recommend.

5.00I highly recommend this travel agency. Very prompt replies on Whatspp. Very good service. Michael my driver took very detailed care throughout the trip. Auschwitz is very busy and crowded. I recommend investing a little more for efficiency, speed, and extra care, especially if you are elderly or have elderly persons in your group.

5.00The tour was well organised from the pick up directly from our hotel to the tour, the excellent packed lunches and the return journey. Our friendly driver gave us extra information and advice about local food and restaurants in Krakow which was very helpful. Our tour guide at the Auschwitz Museum was excellent, informative and helpful. We could hear all she had to say through the headphones however at Birkenhau she had no audio equipment and as older visitors, one of whom was hard of hearing, much of her commentary couldn’t be heard.

5.00Our transport from our hotel and back was amazing. Lovely comfortable car and the driver told us the procedure when we got to Auschwitz and guided us through it. He was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t feel rushed at all and it was a real treat the transfer just for us! Thankyou.

5.00Booked through Michal Kr - great communication and couldn't do enough to meet our needs. Picked the 4 of us up at our apartment just after 7:00. Great driver, friendly and helpful. Guided tour/tickets all sorted in advance by Michal (don't forget ID on the day) and we paid extra for lunch to be provided too. We joined an English speaking tour just before 9am and finished around 1230. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and sensitive to the cruelty that people endured. Words cannot describe Auschwitz-Birkenau, a place everyone should visit.

5.00Brilliant experience, from start to finish. We booked with Michal Kr around 2 months in advance, the day before the tour, as he had originally confirmed we were contacted via WhatsApp to confirm our pick up time, and to ask if we required a packed lunch for the trip. Our driver arrived exactly as advised, he was friendly and kept us informed of the plans for the day. We can not recommend Michal Kr and his team enough, the whole day was organised perfectly. Our guide for the Auschwitz Tour was excellent too, would highly recommend the trip to Auschwitz, particularly when booked with Michal Kr. Thanks to you all for the seamless organisation of the day.
