I can’t praise Tomasz enough. He was brilliant from pick up to drop off. All through the enquiry process with Rafal, everything was so thought out and organized. As a wheelchair user the tour was extremely challenging but I had to do it, and Prime Tours considered everything to make things go as smoothly as possible for me and my family. Well done Rafal and Tomasz at Prime Tours. 100% recommend 👍

Visiting Auschwitz should never be a comfortable or easy experience, but Prime Tours took care of all the practical aspects for us, enabling us to concentrate on our visit. The booking and preparation were handled efficiently. Our driver, Ralph, arrived promptly in a smart and clean vehicle. On the journey, he prepared us for the visit with a lot of interesting and useful background information. He speaks faultless English. On arrival, he took care of the ticketing and directed us to the entrance. Afterwards, he helped us to reflect on our visit in a sensitive and sympathetic way. The company has our highest recommendation and we have already recommended them to other friends who are visiting Krakow.

Rafał was the most amazing private driver/guide. I found his name recommended on social media many times with rave reviews. From the first enquiry I emailed, the response was so fast and efficient with amazing knowledge and guidance for first timers to Krakow. He sorted our tickets for my family of 5 ..salt mines/Schindler’s factory, day 2 Auschwitz/Birkenau tour we spent several hours each day in his very comfy Merc, educating us with his expert historical knowledge all the way. He told us of several other popular tours we could have done if we had more time, when we come back for a second visit we have a new list of things to do. I was very close to booking a group tour from an online booking Agent, but having looked into many negative reviews, complaints of people being cancelled their trips the day before & hours before. I would absolutely 150% only recommend booking a private tour & Rafał is your man ! We can’t thank him enough for making our trip as wonderful and special as he made it for us. It was stressfree and efficiently organised. So professional and he consistently communicated with us via what’s app….simply an on point touring weekend experience ! PS, lovely cold water handed out as much as you need in the car and great food stops recommendations along the way….. and timed our last day tour trip perfectly so he could drive us straight to the airport for our return flight. Perfection in every way.

What an absolute gem of a find. The communication throughout was superb. Rafal picked us up at 12pm at our hotel and gave us a mini tour around the Jewish Quarter, and the centre, pointing out some of Kraków’s most prominent buildings. He then took us to Schindler’s Factory, where everything had already been arranged. We didn’t have to wait in any queues he took us straight to the front, with tickets pre-purchased, so we could walk straight in. We did a self-guided tour, which I was initially unsure about, but we ended up just behind a guided group and managed to spend nearly the exact same amount of time but at our leisure. Which was great. We then had lunch before heading off to Auschwitz and Birkenau. Rafal picked us back up and was again absolutely brilliant with his knowledge and articulating the history of Poland and WW2. On our way he was also pointing out other areas / buildings of interest which was really amazing, especially the Monastery and Monks story. We arrived slightly early for Auschwitz so Rafal recommended we did Birkenau first. We were here for about 40 minutes which I felt was enough time to see what we needed to. We headed to Auschwitz and although a guided tour maybe preferred for many we had the last slot of the evening from 1740-1930 (times of year changes) and it was probably the best time as everyone was self guided and not massive groups of people everywhere. Rafal waited for us until we had finished and then dropped us back in the centre of Kraków. Once again happy to chat to us and answer all questions. Value for money, comfort being in our own private mini van, the ease, as Rafal had arranged everything in advance so no queuing, was absolutely perfect. Genuinely I couldn’t thank him enough, he really made the whole experience truly exceptional.

We had an exceptional experience with Prime Tours during our recent trip to Krakow. Our main contact, Rafal, was extremely responsive, warm, and attentive from start to finish. We used Prime Tours on two occasions: first for a guided World War II tour of the Jewish Quarter and then for transportation to Auschwitz. The World War II tour was led by Monika, who was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. The four hours flew by, and she made the history compelling enough to captivate my 15-year-old. The experience was truly worth every penny and exceeded our expectations. Rafal also served as our driver for both the World War II tour and the trip to Auschwitz. He was kind, professional, and attentive, making sure we navigated entry procedures smoothly and clearly explaining what to expect. His guidance and care added significantly to the experience. We wouldn’t use anyone else for our next trip to Krakow. Prime Tours is simply the best. Highly recommended!

We (my husband, our two daughters and me) had a very pleasant and knowledgeable trip with Tomasz. We learnt so many things talking to him during the drive and it added a lot to our experience and understanding of Krakow, Poland and Auschwitz - Birkenau. Highly recommended both as a driver and as a guide!

Me and my daughter came to Krakow from the U.S. and spent 2 days touring with Tomasz. We went to the Salt Mine, Auschwitz/Auschwitz II Birkenau, and Black Madonna, painting the of the Virgin Mary in the fortified Baroque Pauline monastery of Jasna Góra, in Częstochowa. Tomasz was an exceptional driver and guide. His English is perfect, he has so much knowledge of the area and was great company on the drive! I feel like I am leaving Poland with a friend.

Tomasz was fantastic, he picked us up from the airport and really took care of us all day. We enjoyed his stories and we were very grateful that he drove us to Birkenau when we missed the bus from Auschwitz. Very comfortable and thoughtful, thank you Tomasz
