What To Expect
Krakow
Your tour begins with picking you up from the specified address you choose. Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum is located 65 km from Kraków, in Oświęcim. The journey to The Museum will take about 1h 20 min. During the road our driver will explain to you everything about the tour, what it will look like step by step, and answer all your questions. Before your tour starts, you will have a 15-minute break for the toilet.
Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau
The first part of your tour is Auschwitz I, the former main concentration camp. You will learn everything about the beginnings of the concentration camp in this place, as well as about various things that happened there. The main part of the exhibition is located here.

5.00We had a great day at Auschwitz and birkenau. Our driver Peter picked us up on time from our hotel and took us to the first camp whilst making it clear where we needed to be and at what time. He then took us to the second camp and again made things very clear. Both tours were good and the guides were also good.
Harrowing and Sobering.

5.00We really enjoyed our experience today, although harrowing and sobering, realising that this, atrocity happened at the hands of the Nazi Regime in Occupied Poland. Daniel, our driver was accommodating and very friendly! The guide was informative, my only complaint, if you can really have any at this place, I think we could have possibly have seen more.

5.00My father and I booked the visit to Auschwitz and Birkenau just a week before our visit to Krakow. Immediately after booking Touristico Cracow contacted me on Whatsapp and they were very helpful and friendly, the day before the tour they contacted me for the time and the meeting point that unfortunately was not possible under our apartment since it was in the pedestrian area, however we had to travel just 250 meters to reach the road where Matthias, our driver, who in addition to being punctual was shown friendly and practical in the English language, and of course a skilled driver! We also bought the lunch box, which was delivered to us by Matty at the end of the visit to Auschwitz, a great choice given the price and the short time between the tours of the two camps. The entrance tickets were given to us by our driver just before entering the camp. We did not encounter any kind of problem, it was great! We were pleasantly surprised and pleased with the whole experience, we will definitely recommend this service to those coming to Krakow.

5.00Our tour was excellent from the start being picked up from our apartment by peter . A very comfortable drive. The ease at which we entered the sites, was great very little waiting time and our guide was excellent, it was a humbling experience to visit Auschwitz and Birkenau. We should never forget what cruelty man is capable of. Thank you.

5.00Wiktor, the organizer of the experience was fantastic! He has every detail covered and was incredibly helpful. Also, he is a great driver. The tour is something everyone should experience. Anna our guide was exceptional! She has the ability to effectively convey horrific historical events in a straightforward and respectful tone. There is a lot to cover with little time, but she kept the group on track and answered all of our questions. This is not an easy tour to guide and Anna is the perfect beautiful person to endure the sadness to educate others. Thank you Anna and Wiktor.

4.00Disappointing visit, it was very busy with lots of guided tours. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable but it was very rushed, you could not look or absorb any of the information for being rushed on to the next area, due to the amount of people. I would recommend going with out tour guide so you can look at the information. Our private driver Stas was excellent & would recommend the packed lunch as the ques for food & drinks were long.
