A beautiful location that is as much a botanical garden as a zoo. The animals have plenty of room to move around and appear well cared for. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The zoo is amazing! The best zoo that I have visited. The driver, Steve was great….shared information about the zoo and had funny stories. I especially appreciated his tips for visiting the zoo. My only complaint is the bus has zero leg room. I have long legs and could not comfortably sit in the bus and I ended up taking an uber back to Brisbane. If you have issues with leg room in the economy section of low cost airlines, you will find that these buses have even less leg room

Just the right amount of time for the zoo and got us back to Brisbane in plenty of time for our flight. Very courteous and friendly driver. Would definitely recommend to anyone 😁

Steve was one of the best tour director I have encountered with viator. He was so helpful with his personalized map and then he even lead us into the zoo for all of the visual learners. He gave background information on the drive down then just before dropping us off, his recommendations for things to do in Brisbane. Fantastic trip because he is so prepared!

Had a great experience on the Australia Zoo Day Trip from Brisbane. Bruce was a fantastic guide – friendly, full of good tips, and made the journey really easy. The zoo itself was brilliant, though not quite as big as you might expect. Since there’s a shuttle running around, don’t waste too much time waiting for it if you’re able to walk – it’s very doable on foot. Top tip: feed the kangaroos early in the morning they’ve zero interest by the afternoon! Also, bring your own lunch if you can, as the food options on-site are quite pricey and not the freshest. Overall, a great day out - I just wish we’d had another hour or two to explore!

The whole experience at the zoo was fantastic. Very impressive and clearly caring for the animals. The arena show is a must see whilst there. So much to see across the whole of the zoo
