2.00Exotica booked a 17 day trip for me to Australia They have always handled all the details as they charged me $8700 for a solo trip with no group no leader no breakfasts no transfers. They blatantly left out that I would be all alone and fend for myself. 74 year old alone in Australia. They should have shown me some respect by informing me that I would be alone for the entire trip. They would not even respond to my emails. Be very careful Ask them for every detail. They won’t even recognize me now. They have blocked me now.

5.00The trip was well-organized, from the convenient hotel pickup to the ample time we had to explore the zoo. Steve was an excellent guide, friendly and engaging with entertaining stories throughout the journey. He also shared helpful tips on the best way to explore the zoo within the time frame and pointed out the ideal spots for the crocodile show. Big thanks to Steve as well — when my daughter left her phone on the bus, he took the time to make a detour and return it to us, which we truly appreciated.

5.00It’s an amazing experience would definitely recommend anyone to go there. Steve our driver was so full of knowledge and is very funny he is an absolute asset to the tour company. He showed us all a way to get around the zoo so we could actually see everything without getting lost.

5.00Excellent visit, We only had 6 hrs, so our guide gave us lots of advice to help us make the most of our visit. We managed to see lots of different animals, and also fit in a couple of shows.

5.00Great to have a ride there and back from the zoo. Also gave us a map upon entry as well as directions of how to go about the park which was extremely helpful since it was so big. The zoo was nothing short of excellent. It was clean, the exhibits were fascinating filled with how each animal was rescued or how the zoo acquired them, the kangaroo park was a highlight! You are actually in a small park with dozens of kangaroos that you are able to feed or walk among, it was excellent! Absolutely recommend!

5.00Absolutely loved the guide - he was excellent at entertaining the bus on the way to the zoo. That really made the experience worth it. Australia zoo by itself is just… stunning. They also stop by the animal hospital as well which made me appreciate the place even more. Only slight criticism is the return was slightly too rushed - would’ve liked an extra 30 minutes, but given Brisbane’s traffic, I don’t blame them for wanting to avoid rush hour.

5.00At trip to Australia zoo is a must, lots of room so no congestion. The animals were easy to spot and all sections were signed well with some having audio information. The dining areas again were excellent and the show in the crocuses was everything you would expect. Overall a great day in the Brisbane sunshine
