Haedong Yonggungsa
Haedong Yonggungsa Temple is the temple closest to the sea. Known as the site of Avalokiteshvara in Korea, it also houses the Diamond Sutra of Haedong Yonggungsa, a tangible cultural property of Busan. Here, you can witness the breathtaking panoramic view of the East Sea.
Cheongsapo Daritdol Skywalk
The Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory is located on the Green Railway, a walking trail created from the abandoned tracks of the Haeundae South Line. It’s a top attraction in Busan, offering views of the fishing village of Cheongsapo, beautiful coastal scenery, sunrise, and sunset. From the observatory, visitors can admire the natural scenery of Cheongsapo’s stunning coastline and view the five rocky islands, known as Daritdol, lined up all the way to the offshore lighthouse.

4.00Our tour guide was Kang, he was very knowledgeable and passionate as a Busan native. At every stop he made sure to guide everyone safely and fill us in with the background knowledge of our various locations before letting us freely explore for 30 - 1 hour depending the stop. He even recommended a freshly caught seafood place which was pricey but was definitely worth it in quality. My only critique of the tour was at the Haeundae Blue Line Park. My fiance and I were prepared with cash but we and definitely others were not informed that we would be having to pay for the Haeundae Blue Line Train with cash prior to our arrival. On TripAdvisor, it mentions that the capsule is an optional extra payment but not the train. Now it isn’t a requirement as you can stay on the bus but pretty much everyone wants to do it so be prepared if that interest you. Lastly I understand that the tour guides get their recognition through reviews but it was a bit unsettling when Kang was going to group to group asking for us to pull up Klook/Tripsdvisor to ensure he gets a review. Maybe it’s just a me thing but he was great the whole trip just to make me feel a bit off. However he did buy everyone a sonviner at the final destination so maybe it evens out.

5.00We had such an awesome time with Kang and the group. He was very diligent and knowledgeable. Warm and friendly. We booked very last minute (literally the night before) and he was still responsive even though we only joined very last minute! Busan is amazing, one of the greatest cities I’ve ever seen. So glad we booked this tour. It was our only day in Busan on this trip and we felt like we got to see so much.

5.00What an awesome clear English speaking Tour guide Kang! We took the sky capsule…so nice. Great giant bus with WiFi. We took us to a seafood restaurant over looking the ocean where we had the best grill clams. Highly recommend this tour.
