Haedong Yonggungsa
Haedong Yonggungsa Temple is the temple closest to the sea. Known as the site of Avalokiteshvara in Korea, it also houses the Diamond Sutra of Haedong Yonggungsa, a tangible cultural property of Busan. Here, you can witness the breathtaking panoramic view of the East Sea.
Cheongsapo Daritdol Skywalk
The Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory is located on the Green Railway, a walking trail created from the abandoned tracks of the Haeundae South Line. It’s a top attraction in Busan, offering views of the fishing village of Cheongsapo, beautiful coastal scenery, sunrise, and sunset. From the observatory, visitors can admire the natural scenery of Cheongsapo’s stunning coastline and view the five rocky islands, known as Daritdol, lined up all the way to the offshore lighthouse.

5.00Incredible experience! I booked this tour the night before and didn’t expect much, but wow it blew me away. The logistics were flawless, and every stop had a story behind it. I especially liked how the guide explained the symbolism at the temple and the background of the UN Cemetery. The views from the Skywalk were unreal. 5.00This was one of the most memorable days of my Korea trip. The contrast between each site-peaceful temple, skywalk thrill, art village, and lively market-gave me a real taste of Busan’s diversity. I learned so much about the city’s past, especially at the UN Memorial Cemetery. The guide was passionate and answered all our questions. I appreciated the mix of free time and guided tours.
