• An Authentic & Unforgettable Experience in Colombia

  Our experience with Zebra Fisgona Tours in Bogotá was truly one of the highlights of our first trip to Colombia. My best friend and I booked a personal coffee farm tour with them, and it felt intimate, thoughtful, and deeply rooted in the culture of coffee and Colombia itself. (It was also convenient, as they provided transportation and 2 meals!) Visiting the farm in Choachi and spending time with a local, female coffee grower gave us a real understanding of what goes into every cup. (Even as a previous barista, I learned so much!) Not only did we taste the coffee, we harvested it and learned the story behind it, paying special attention to the environment it's gorwn in to the traditions that sustain local families and communities. The tour was fun and incredibly informative, but what made it special was the heart behind it. You can feel how much this company cares about the people they work with and the stories they share. It never felt commercial or rushed. It felt authentic and grounded. Aleja, our guide, was amazing: warm, knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely passionate. She made us feel comfortable right away. We loved her energy and the way she connected us to her culture. By the end, it felt like we had gained a friend. Zebra Fisgona Tours shines with its care, authenticity, and love for what they do. This was more than a tour! It was a meaningful experience that made our first visit to Colombia unforgettable. I truly cannot recommend them enough, and wouldn't hesitate to book again. If you're looking for something special on your visit to Bogotá, this is it!

  Our second tour with Zebra Fisgona was the "Authentic Coffee Farm Experience". Our first tour was "Rent a Friend". Again another amazingly wonderful experience. From the start we knew we were in good hands with our guide Andrea! Words cannot describe the views and great and informative conversation we had on the way to the farm which was about 1.5hrs out of Bogota. Upon arriving at the farm we were greeted by the sweetest dogs, and the owner and farm tour guide Karen. We were served one of the most amazing home cooked lunches: Ajiaco (I think the best we had in all of our travels) and then proceed with the tour. Karen and Andrea, were not only informative and full of knowledge but also so fun and went out of their way to make the experience that much more personal. The farm itself was amazing and in the most beautiful setting, we had to keep pinching ourselves that we were not in some alternate reality, it was truly that great. The tour ended with another amazing small meal and coffee tasting. Zebra Fisgano Tours was the best! So happy we did the tours we did and wish we had time to do more. Both tours we knew we were in good hands, felt safe, had fun and learned a lot! Aleja & Andrea were so great and were available to chat throughout our stay, offering insight and destination tips. We plan on returning and doing one of the more extensive excursions they are planning, we can't wait!

  From the moment we reached out to discuss possible tours, to building a custom three day itinerary, to communicate and guiding us every step of the way, we knew we were in safe hands even before our tours started. Everything was do well organised, and clearly communicated. On each of our three day trips, our guides were polite, kind, helpful, patient and flexible. Not only did we learn so much about local culture, food, history, style, architecture, nature and famous monuments and events. We book a lot of private tours, and this agency is definitely world class. We cannot thank our guides, André and Aleja enough for their passion, energy, knowledge and dedication. Our time in Bogotá was magical, and it's all thanks to them. I would not hesitate to recommend Zebra Fisgona. With them, you're assured an exceptional experience, heading off the beaten track, discovering city secrets but always safe and well looked after.
