What‘s Included

Cooking utensils needed for the meal preparation will be provided by the outfit therefore, clients are not expected to arrive with any cooking utensil.

Ingredients are factored into the cost of the meal thus, clients can either eat in or take away packed meals.

What To Expect

1. Clients have the opportunity to choose any package of choice (Two complete meals with either a side dish or a dessert) 2. Clients will experience hands-on cooking from scratch to finish. 3. Clients have the option to select a schedule that is suitable for them. 4. Clients will enjoy all prepared meals with two packaged leftovers. 5. History behind each indigenous meal will be shared. 6. Substitute ingredients will be shared with clients in case what is used isn’t available in their locality. 7. Clients have the chance to book an appointment to use the kitchen for further practice at a reasonable fee. 8. Clients who wish to increase meal quantity in order and share with orphanages or friends can do so at a reasonable fee. 9. Clients are at liberty to ask questions relating to anything they wish to know about the Ghanaian culture. 10. Clients are allowed to take pictures, videos and share memories of their experience. 11. Allergies of clients are considered when combining ingredients for the meals. 12. Clients will be entertained with music, games etc. 13. Clients could also replace meal lessons by placing orders of specific meals of their choice at the same fee.

Catering Services

Home made meal : Minimum of 4 guests (at 25 USD) per meal and maximum of 300 guests. Guests could select their preferred meals from the menu.
Variety of Ghanaian meals: One complete meal with a side dish or dessert of choice.
Duration: 3 days: Let us know if you require an expedited service.
All Ghanaian meals: All meals could be packaged and distributed separately as deliveries, take outs, or served as buffet at the venue.
Meal Delivery: This comes at an additional fee
Order Cancellation : This service requires days of prior purchases therefore clients can cancel orders no later than 72hours prior to the set date

Ghanian meals freshly made: You will receive two packages of each prepared meal and one package of side dish and dessert of your choice.
Client pick up or delivery: Delivery arrangement comes at an extra fee

A visit to a local market: This takes place before the commencement of the cooking experience to purchase ingredients for the meals.

Duration: 6 hours: This includes tour of the local market to purchase ingredients, cooking lessons, and an extra package of each prepared meal.

This was an AMAZING experience!!! Cessy was so hospitable and really broke down each and every step. Prior to the class she reached out and asked if there were any meals we were particularly interested in learning. She customized the class specifically for us, and was such a great conversationalist all the way through. I truly felt like a Ghanaian local and I’m definitely going to try to make these dishes at home!! I highly recommend!!!

This was a great experience. Ceccy was very sweet and accommodating. The food came out really good also. We made jollof, chicken groundnut soup, fried chicken, plantain and veggies.

Such an amazing time cooking with Ceccy. I’ve been to many countries around the world and never had such an in-depth, end-to-end cooking experience. I recommend taking this cooking class with no plans after so you can make all the dishes at a relaxed pace and also learn about Ceccy’s ministry, youth support, and other work she does in the community. She does have very nice to-go containers as well so don’t worry if you forget to bring your own. Enjoy cooking with Ceccy!

I had the absolute best time with Cece :) she is so sweet, welcome and brilliant. She taught me how to make 4 different Ghanaian dishes that were all DELICIOUS. We spent so much time talking about Ghanaian dishes and culture. I learned so much and I am so so so grateful that she shared this little piece of Ghana with me. This was definitely the highlight of my trip here. I would absolutely recommend everyone to stop, support local businesses, and eat delicious food :)
