What To Expect
"We will pick you up from your centrally located Hotel or Riad or the meeting point if your hotel is not centrally located in Marrakesh to begin your culinary experience in this 4-hour cooking class. Follow your guide through the winding city streets back to a Riad to start your food experience. This cooking class includes shopping at the market and learning some Arabic phrases as you shop the souq for ingredients. Create your traditional Moroccan meal such as couscous or Tagine. Enjoy your freshly prepared lunch at a Riad, a traditional Moroccan dwelling.

5.00Karima is a very experienced Moroccan chef with a definite flair for presentation. She took us through the souks to find the vegetable vendors and we selected all the ingredients for our tangine. Back at the riad, we assembled everything and added the Moroccan spices. After we cooked the tangine, she laid out a beautiful table for our dinner. Everything was explained in detail, and she couldn’t have been more patient and helpful. We highly recommend taking her class on-line if you cannot make it to Marrakesh!🥰
