Definitely a highlight of our stay in Rome! It was a beautiful, modern and clean class space. Bottomless wine and a fun inspiring teacher helped to make it extra special. I was celebrating a special birthday with my 26 year old daughter. We both loved the experience and especially eating our wonderful creations, ricotta and spinach ravioli, mushroom fettuccine, and tiramisu. Delicious! I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our cooking class with David. He is definitely a MasterChef. It was so fun making our own pastas and pesto. Really enjoyed the delicious wine and the friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this cooking class with David.

My husband and I had an awesome time at this cooking class! The kitchen studio was beautiful and all the food was absolutely delicious! The wine was amazing too. Marco and Rashid were wonderful hosts. This was absolutely a highlight of our Rome trip!

Me and my husband took this class with four other family members in Rome and it was amazing! One of the best parts of our trip, the food was delicious and the class was so informative and so much fun and Chef Jacopo was so much fun and taught us to make incredible gnocchi, ravioli and tiramisu, he was the best!!!

Giving the highest recommendation for this cooking class! The three hours flew by, thanks to our friendly, helpful, and well-prepared instructors. The pasta we made—ravioli and gnocchi—was farm-fresh and absolutely delicious. We especially loved that the class inspired us to try making pasta and sauce at home. The tiramisu was the best we had in Italy! At the end of the class, our wonderful hosts gave us certificates and a recipe book. In short: we laughed, we drank wine, we made new friends—and we learned quite a bit about Italian cooking. Truly one of our best nights in Rome! Bravo!

The class is Engaging and educational for all ages. The atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. The chef MAX , a fantastic teacher and entertainer, made the entire process enjoyable, keeping both adults and children engaged. Participants were guided step-by-step through the process of making traditional pasta and tiramisu (the highlight of the class) learning about the ingredients and techniques. The hands-on nature of the class was perfect for the kids, who enjoyed participating in each stage of preparation, from mixing the flour for pasta to layering the coffee-soaked ladyfingers. The chef was patient and encouraging, offering assistance and making sure everyone felt comfortable. We will definitely do this again. Thank you to max! Grazie!!!

This was an amazing class! We took a group of 27 students and 3 chaperones to the ravioli, pasta, and tiramisu-making class. Since we were a large group, they accommodated us in both their Piazza Mattei and Colosseum sites. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew it was going to be a special experience. The locations were both inviting, authentic, and extremely comfortable. Our host chefs, Max and Alex (Piazza Mattei), as well as Jacobo (Colosseum), were gracious, fun, and knew how to engage with our students. You could also tell from the ingredients used that they spared no expense - everything tasted top quality. Our students (and teachers) left feeling educated and enthused about Italian cuisine. It was a fantastic experience. Kudos to the entire team!
