What To Expect
Join Apple and her family for a hands-on cooking class in Bangkok, where you'll learn to create delicious Thai dishes. Before you start cooking, enjoy a tour of Apple’s garden, where you’ll discover fresh ingredients like banana, pandan, and local herbs. In your 2-hour class, Apple will guide you step-by-step through the process of making a main dish and dessert from scratch. Learn to cook chicken green curry with winter melon or Chinese spring rolls and poached banana in sweet coconut milk in your Bangkok cooking class. After cooking you will share the meal you helped prepare. If you choose the market tour option, join Apple for an immersive guided market tour at Ta Lad Min, a bustling local market in Bangkok. Apple will pick you up from a café near Minburi Monorail Station and take you on a journey to explore this market, known for its fresh meats, vegetables, fruits, seasonings, flowers, and local products. Apple will introduce you to friendly vendors, teach you how to choose the freshest ingredients, and share her knowledge of essential Thai seasonings. After shopping, Apple will drive you to her home, just 20 minutes away, for a fun and educational cooking class.

5.00Best thing we’ve done in Thailand! My husband and I went with our 3 year old.. Aoy and her friend took such good care of us on the market tour and then the boat ride, which was my son’s favourite part. The food was plentiful and delicious - an incredible experience I’d recommend everyone do!
