Hands-on training with a well-known international Thai Chef, Wandee Rathanapan who recently has been choosen as a Teacher for 2 finalists Amazon Prime Series; "The World Cook Season 2" . Wandee worked as a Thai Chef in different countries such as New Zealand and Iceland and more . More than 10 years as Chef and cooking teacher and 7 years as Food Tour Leader .

Cooking in a lovely open air kitchen and beautiful garden environment of Khao Lak Center.

Unique cooking techniques in the tradition Thai ways that only an experienced Thai chef can teach you. Authentic way of making each dish such as curry from scratch and fresh ingredients such as fresh coconut milk, herbs, veggies, meat and seafood.

Own cooking station for all students including a gas stove, own cutting board with all knives, spoons and spatulas, a mortar, an apron, and hand towels.

Gluten free,Vegan and Vegetarian dishes are one of my specialties, and let's not forget that I am used to cook with children as well.

I did this cooking class with my adult son who is a real ‘foodie’ and loves to cook. We both really enjoyed the class which started with a trip to a local market followed by the cooking class and meal. The food was delicious and it was a great experience. We were picked up and dropped off to our hotel so the whole experience was great! Would definitely recommend.

Marketplace visit before to select the food for the menu was informative. The chef presented very well and the dishes prepared were delicious.

My partner and I had a wonderful time learning from Wandee in her kitchen. The market visit beforehand was so informative and really added to the experience. The entire outing was charming and delicious as we got to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Wandee was featured on The World Cook Season 2 on Amazon Prime. We watched the segment after the meal, which added a nice personal touch.
