Once you have selected the pick-up point you want, we will start the journey to the city of Avila. First we will head to the Cathedral, marvel of the Gothic style dating from the 11th and 12th century. Then we will take a walk through the city where you can see the Plaza del Mercado Chico, the Church of San Juan Bautista, where Santa Teresa de Jesus was baptized and we will arrive at the Convent of Santa Teresa and next to it you will see the hall of the relics. Once you see the city we will go to the monument of the four posts so that you can take some extraordinary photographs of the city.
Then we will move to Segovia in a 50 minute drive where we will stop for lunch next to the Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral.Once they have eaten, we will again take a walk to discover the Aqueduct and the Alcazar. Once you have visited, we will return to Madrid.

We will start the tour in Madrid from the point you decide. Our first stop will be Ávila. On this journey you will be able to see the Cross of the Fallen and the Guadarrama mountain range

5.00I cannot say enough great things about our tour with Joan. My husband, my two teenagers and I spent an incredible day touring Avila and Segovia. Joan is so knowledgeable about the history, geography, architecture, and landscape of the area. His energy and enthusiasm are infectious, and he’s really fun. He set our expectations early in the day and continued to update us throughout, so we knew exactly what was next, but he also easily adjusted based on our interests. He took a ton of great photos of us. The van was very comfortable too. You will not be disappointed.

5.00Took this tour as a family of four with 2 young kids (under 10 y.o). It was pretty easy. Joan, our guide, picked us up on time at the hotel. He was a charismatic, bright and chill guy who kept the entire tour interesting. He was very knowledgeable and obviously very proud of his country. We hit all the hot spots on this well planned tour and Joan was also open to suggestion to other spots for photos etc. The sights were amazing and steeped in history. Definitely recommend this private tour as the convenience of getting in the SUV hitting the respective destinations, moving on and returning on demand was very efficient.
