Start your tour with pick-up from select hotels on Las Vegas Blvd. Heading east, you'll arrive at historic Boulder City, a town built originally to house the workers of the Hoover Dam. This is where it all started! Discover the history of this quaint little town on the outskirts of Las Vegas!

We will stop by Lake Mead Lookout for an amazing panoramic view of Lake Mead and learn about the history of the lake and its present troubles and other interesting facts.

Chris was our tour guide he was knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all questions with a dam good sense of humor. Would tour again. Note the text message doesn’t describe the van accurately so keep an eye out for a Mercedes van at the pick up point.

We booked a Hoover Dam tour and it was absolutely worth it — mostly because our guide, Pam, was outstanding. She’s a local, incredibly knowledgeable, and has a way of mixing facts with stories so you actually remember what you’re hearing. She shared a lot of practical, relevant info for Las Vegas tourists (not just random trivia), and we walked away understanding the Dam’s history, engineering significance, and the very real water issues tied to it today. You can tell she cares about the future of water conservation and isn’t just “going through the motions.” Strong recommendation.

The tour was a perfect way to kick off our weekend. Some beautiful sights, a lot of great knowledge shared and a very accommodating tour guide. Bob was friendly, personable and approachable. The cost of the tour is very reasonable to all you get, the small group experience, and the timeframe of the tour. Highly recommend.

We did the 8;00 a.m. tour, which is a great time to go. Still cool and on this sunny morning the sun is in a great position for photography. Our driver Chis is also the tour guide. He was very informative as we drove to reach the dam and sent us off to view at our own pace. The spotless Mercedes van picked us up and dropped us off at The Paris, which is close to our hotel. It's a great trip if you have limited time and don't feel like driving. Highly recommend!

our guide was absolutely terrific and we found the experience to be excellent. Our only problem was with Viator - they promised that our pickup place would be at our hotel when in fact we had to take a taxi to the pickup place and we didn't find this out until the evening before. We chose this tour because the pickup place was convenient.
