GREG our tour guide was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and funny. The fee and products we bought were worth every penny. We are into chemical free, organic products . He was very transparent and we cannot wait to use some of the soaps & essential sprays.

Greg is very knowledgeable. I love the deep care and appreciation he has for the land. Learning the process of making chocolate from pod to chocolate bar was cool. Greg taught us the difference from fair-trade chocolate and the commercial stuff. I can never go back. Their chocolate was silky smooth. Them being award winning chocolatiers makes it even better and I understand why. The kukui nut oils I purchased made my skin and hair feel amazing. I’m excited to use the soap. Their coffee is certifiably THE best coffee I have ever had. The search for the perfect cup is over. A very smooth and robust flavor without the bitterness and high acidic taste. The pick me up I’ve been missing. Me and my friend did the tour and all their products are just amazing. Buy everything! I’d do this tour again. The chickens are a bonus.

Christina was an amazing host for the tour, and was very knowledgeable. Greg was hysterical and very inviting to his farm. Learned so much and had so much fun on our tour. Oh . . . their products including soap, chocolate and coffee are fantastic.

If you want to feel like you’re on a factory tour focused on sales and schedules, then go elsewhere. If you want to see how shortcuts and lack of consideration for the land and future can blossom in a business setting—again—go elsewhere. But if you want to learn more about the art and science of Kona Coffee and chocolate, while taking in aspects of various soap products that can be beneficial to our health and happiness, then you want to come here. Greg, the owner and tour guide, displays passion for the land and products, deep expertise, unhurried pace to allow inquiry and thought, listening skills toward guests, kindness to all, and forward-looking plans to ensure not only Kona coffee is properly represented but that other stewards are considerate in what they are building for the future. Oh, and if their velvety coffee and tasty chocolate samples weren’t enough, the smells of essential oils in the soap factory are practically uplifting. You’ll learn about the entire process of both chocolate and coffee, from the earth, the trees, the harvest, and the preparation, with samples provided to grow your understanding and appreciation for the work done by these and other true artisans. We left uplifted and appreciative for these people and those like them who simply want for us the best and most natural products nature provides. Natural soaps and their inclusions of essential oils are well-highlighted too. And, don’t think the results are unnoteworthy: ?This team is a worldwide winner with their chocolate…must be doing something right and our tour reinforced that they are, both with their products and guests. I'd be happy to go back again tomorrow, but we'll be using some of their products in the meantime while off island...

Interesting tour, but slightly misnamed. A little bit about chocolate, less about coffee and mostly about soap, but none the less a tour worth taking. The chocolate is excellent and the soap is also very good, and the chickens are a hoot!

This tour is so worth it! Beginning with the basics of the farm, and the challenges of farming on the island land, and growing through the production of Kona coffee, award-winning chocolate and pure, healing soap, the value I got from attending this tour will inform my consumption choices for the rest of my life. We were a sizable group and still we had lively discussions as individual questions were addressed. What I enjoyed most was the authenticity of everyone at the farm. I could feel that they are family for each other and really cherish their relationships and the work they do together. The stories were fun, the tastings a surprise, the demonstrations informative and my own satisfaction from investing myself delightful. I splurged on gifts at their store, knowing that I would not find this kind of quality to give to my loved ones anywhere else on the island.
