Amazing experience, guide was super informative and knew so much about the history. Car was super clean and air conditioned and even had waters for us. Bacardi tour was amazing and had a wonderful time during my honeymoon.

Interesting but certainly over hyped. The Tour was interesting abut they show you very little of the working distillery. you zoom by in a tram then get to walk thru pictures of the family and a few artifacts fromm days of old. Oh and don't expect to actually taste their products. they offer one small tasing and no comparisons between their different products. And OFC the tyour ends in their gift ship ( insert eye roll here) . The prices here are no better htan the duty free airport shop and even more $$ than TotalWine and Spirits / BevMo on the mainland. the old Town San Juan part of the tour was nice to get a feel for old town and get some of the history. there are other Distlleries in San Juan , research those before you commit.

A little cheesy but interesting history not worth the squeeze for the price. Food was fast food typical not worth the high prices.

Very knowledgeable guide! We were driven to some interesting sites around the city and then headed to Bacardi. At Bacardi we were driven around in a tram with their guide. Enjoyed a cocktail and a taste of their best rum.

Owner and driver, Harry was on time, a great driver and knowledgeable guide. Nice new high top van. It was a very comfortable ride to and from the Bacardi Rum Distillery. We purchased this excursion be of my current mobility issues. We did not know it was going to be a half mile walk uphill to get to the meeting point. I had to call to find out exactly where we are meeting around Colon Plaza. I do highly recommend this excursion. But if you have real mobility issues, it’s probably not for you.

We had a phenomenal tour of the Bacardi distillery by Alex. She was very knowledgeable and had great energy throughout the entire tour. Taking time to allow us for photos and give us a rich history of the distillery. She was an amazing host!

The Casa Bicardi tour was good. The Old San Juan tour was disappointing, didn't seem to point out very much. Maybe that's all there is in that area. Just not very informative

If it’s during or near the festival then it’s 2 hours before you get to the tour facility and the wait was twice as long as the tour

This is no criticism of the guide but I do not believe this was value for the money spent. We started off with the distillery tour, and the Bacardi guide was great, enthusiastic but the focus was mostly on the history of the rum. I have done other tours like the Budweiser Tour in Fort Collins and you get an in depth view of the process. You actually see inside the production area. Basically here, you get picked up in a trolly at the visitors center, driven to the main building, watch a short film and see a visitors center. Back in the van for the drive back to Old San Juan. that really is just a drive by. We disembarked at the govt buildings and the guide also offered to disembark at another spot but the group declined as it was hot and ten minutes was barely enough to look at a space. I had earlier taken the walking tour of Old San Juan which took a couple of hours and it was well worth the trip. Do the walking tour. Skip the distillery tour.
