What To Expect
Clients would receive a confirmation confirming Airport Transportation. Will be greeted outside of Customs by a Representative from Courtesy Private Charters with the name of your choice displayed on a sign. Clients would then be transported via a Scenic Route where your driver would point out places of interest.

5.00We booked Courtesy Private Charters for our round trip transfers to and from the BaharMar Grand Hyatt in Nassau. Our drivers (Barry and Dezario) were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. We were transported in an immaculate Chevy Suburban and Denali. The trip is relatively short, probably 15-20 minutes, but it felt so comfortable to be with such a well run, reputable company. I would book them again in a heartbeat!

5.00The driver Barry was very nice and friendly. He gave us details on where to go sightseeing and the local restaurants. Kourtnea the phone agent was very helpful. She contacted me about the pick up one I got off the place. And, responded quickly about the return transfer details to the airport.
I used it before and it was great. This time I was a bit disappointed

4.00The driver was very nice and they kept in great touch with me up until I got off the plane and then no more response and could not find my driver connection. It took 15 min before the driver found us . In the meantime ppl kept coming up and trying to get us to go in their car

5.00Very pleasant ride from the airport to the Grand Hyatt. Slight delay waiting for car to pick up at airport (10 mins) but the person on site kept us informed of status.

5.00The stay was absolutely amazing!!!! I had a great time, the staff was amazing, the housekeeper Juline on the 9th floor did a phenomenal job making sure we were all good!! I will definitely be back!! The parties, the drinks, the energy all was worth it!!

1.00Took a very long time from pickup to drop off to hotel. In addition, prior to arrival, I have sent messages with no response at all. To this day, there is no way to inform the driver on returning to the airport from the hotel. Thus, I will need to leave earlier due to flight changes. Moreover, I requested to the driver make a grocery stop but refused.

5.00Courtesy Private Charters was great. Less expensive than all of the other companies I found online prior to our trip and extremely reliable, friendly, on-time, nice car, etc... We stayed at the Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar. I was with my wife (who is due in June), and my 5yr old and 3yr old daughters. As soon as we cleared customs, there was a woman there with my name on a sign and the car (a new Suburban XL) waiting for us. The driver "Tony" was so nice to us and especially my daughters and gave us advice and places to go if we decided to go out of the resort. One thing to note - I did not request a carseat or booster for my children, I kind of forgot to be honest. So that wasn't ideal, however, it was a short, less than 10 minute drive on all 35mph speed limit roads, no traffic or anything. Overall though - I very highly recommend this!
Will definitely use this service when I return to the island

5.00We were promptly met outside of the airport exit doors. Juliet checked us in immediately and called for our driver who was parked waiting for us. He drove up curbside and loaded our luggage into his vehicle. The vehicle was a very nice luxury vehicle and was roomy and clean inside. He safely drove us to our hotel. Also Juliet requested our departure information and informed us of our pickup time. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
