What To Expect

PLEASE CREATE SEPARATE BOOKING FOR ARRIVAL TRIP. THIS IS FOR DEPARTURE ONE WAY ONLY Airport Departures: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Please provide your cell phone contact at the time of booking so you may received status updates of your trip progress. Your chauffeur will greet you at the bell desk of your hotel at the requested pick up time. Your chauffeur will take a scenic route to the airport. Upon your arrival to the hotel, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and any passengers needing additional care exiting the vehicle.

Simon’s transportation was easy to set up and lovely. We needed a car for my family of 5 for a round trip airport transfer to and from The Reef. The car was there on time for our arrival and our departure. Communication wasn’t confirmation of our reservation was great. Don’t hesitate to book! FCC

We used Simon’s Transport several times during our trip. Civian was our driver two of those times and he was fantastic. He pointed out buildings to us and gave us some history of the country. I will use Simon’s Transport on my next trip.

We had the privilege of riding with Civian from our hotel to the airport and he was very informative on the history of the island. It was nice to ride through town and learn the history that he would point out. I would highly recommend reserving him for a ride either from or to the airport.

Civian was our driver to the airport on 6/9, he was on time, courteous and spent the ride to the airport telling us so much about the history of the Bahamas, We enjoyed the ride and getting to know Civian and we will be back and definitely ask for him again!!

Excellent communication from Simon's and driver. We had a comfortable ride back to the airport. Cillian knew how to get us around carnival traffic and we got to the airport in plenty of time. We will use this service again and we highly recommend Simon's transfers.
