5.00We did a round-trip private pick-up from the airport to the Atlantis hotel. The driver, Demarcko, was terrific. So friendly and accommodating. He was right on time to pick us up from the airport and to drive us back when it was time to go home. On the way from the airport to the hotel, he pointed out numerous sights and gave us many fantastic recommendations for food and things to do/see. I would highly recommend this company for transportation in Nassau.

5.00Our transportation experience in the Bahamas was excellent from start to finish. The service was prompt, reliable, and very well organized. Our driver was extremely knowledgeable, sharing helpful information about the area, local culture, and great tips for getting around and enjoying our stay. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and we always felt safe and well taken care of. Pick-ups were right on time, which made traveling stress-free and seamless. We truly appreciated the professionalism and friendliness throughout the experience and would absolutely recommend this transportation service to anyone visiting the Bahamas.

1.00The worst experience ever, if I could put less than 1 bubble on the rating I would, I was delayed in Miami for weather missed connection and called when I arrived, said they marked me as no show and wouldn’t come pick me up when I got to the Bahamas. Had to pay a taxi to take me to hotel. 1K transport has all the information to see what happened to flight, your requires to put airline, flight number and times, so if delay happens a simple google search lets them know they there is a problem and can even find out new time of arrival. They made no effort to pick me up when I arrived. They did do the return but I paid for a round trip. They did say they would issue a refund for have of what I paid because they only did a one way, when I returned home asked about the refund update and they said they weren’t issuing one after they confirmed they would, these people have no integrity and I WOULD RECOMMEND NO ONE USE THIS COMPANY. it was terrible and if your going to Atlantis I will use the company they recommend using, I see why they only use one good company because of DECIEVIING COMPANY LIKE 1K transport. Please use anyone else, they never tried to make it right and basically said oh well after agreeing to do the right thing. I gave them multiple opportunities to make it right, did they do it? No? Did they even try? No, all they did was ignore me and my messages until they finally said “oh well” your problem and not mine

5.00So far, in all my travels, this was the most pleasant and seamless airport transfer. Demarcko communicated directly with me. He was there when I exited the airport (no wait time) and was right on time for my return. I didn’t have to communicate with an intermediary, it was all directly with him. This made all the difference. He’s also a font of knowledge about the island, with plenty of history and tips shared during the ride. I can’t praise him enough. Thanks Demarcko!!
