Da Pig Beach is a tour that is located on Rose Island, a beautiful private area on one of the many gorgeous islands of the Bahamas. Here you will arrive on boat to their private property where there are friendly cute pigs and piglets await you. There is a restaurant on property that has a delicious variety of Bahamian and American dishes for you to choose from as well as a full bar of tasty cocktails and beverages for sale. In this tour you will be able to swim and have some fun with the pigs and piglets as well as have some photo taking opportunity to be able to capture the special moments with the pigs. Da Pig Beach also has beach amenities you are welcome to take advantage of when you are there such a beach games and other swimming activities.

What To Expect
Nassau
You will experience comfortable transportation to our ferry that will transport you to Rose Island. Here you will experience sun, sand and see, along with our famous swimming pigs! This is where we will pick you up from your location to take you on the boat to Rose Island.
Rose Island
Rose Island is one of the many beautiful island of The Bahamas. It is a 20 minute boat ride from Nassau and where the pigs and piglets live.

4.00The tour started late due to traffic from a political celebration downtown, so we lost about an hour of activity time since Rose Island is around 30 mins from Nassau. But the boat captain and crew still made sure we had a great time. We enjoyed the beach, relaxed, swam and fed the pigs, plus lunch was included in the package. We’ll definitely miss Panda, the 500-lb pig — hoping she stays healthy!

5.00Incredible place and service! The place is spectacular; I did not expect to arrive at such a location. The activity with the piglets is fun, and in addition to the place, it was a great experience.

5.00Rose island was beautiful. The pigs time was short but cool while they were there. Yes, the pigs poop everywhere but the staff was always there to scoop up the droppings. The WIFI out there was great!!!

5.00Fantastic experience!!! The group is capped at 65 people so not crowded like other trips. The beach was gorgeous with like new paddle boards. The pigs were adorable and we did get to feed them in the water. The team constantly picked up the poop before we even saw it. A fantastic family day and the highlight of our week in the Bahamas

1.00We purchased directly through Tripadvisor after reading good reviews about Island Adventures. To our great dissapointment, Island Adventures never showed up to pick up up and it finds out, they had no intention in picking us up. We were staying at the Baha Mar and waiting outside to be picked up for 45 minutes and we called the number and it said it was no longer taking calls. A luxury car driver pulled over and asked us what was wrong and we told him. He did some sleuthing and actually found a number of this place. We called and the women said "Oh we will send a driver out right away" and we said don't bother, you need to refund our money. Thank goodness she did refund our money. We made a complaint to Trip Advisor and I hope they won't advertise this company any more. I thought Trip Advisor vetted these companies but apparently not. My recommendation is to either go thru your resort.

5.00Great experience. The boat ride from Nassau was only 25 minutes. We arrived at Rose Island, got out to look around and then the highlight arrived. Feeding the pigs. They were excited to get their carrots and apples. Unfortunately, the surf was too choppy that day to go swimming with them, but you can’t control the weather. Lunch was yummy and then we were able to relax for an hour before heading home. Definitely a wonderful memory making experience. Highly recommend!!

1.00It’s worthless too expensive the pigs don’t swim all they do is poop all over the beach and there’s so many people. The cost was stupid expensive.

5.00On time driver. Excellent personable guides. Overall just a really great excursion. We felt like we got to see a little piece of Jamaica! Went with kids age 5, 8, 11 and they all just loved it and so did we!!!

1.00Tour was canceled due to rough waters, which was understandable, but no one bothered to notify us. Waited at the hotel lobby for an hour with no success reaching the company until later in the day.

5.00Lovely trip out. Kind helpfull crew/staff. Good lunch. I loved everything about this trip. Also had our own cab pick us up and drop us back to Orange tree hotel. I would highly recommend this.
