Highland Park

Entry without a ticket to watch the fascinating panorama of Baku and see many famous buildings Baku Highland Park is one of the most scenic locations in Baku, Azerbaijan. It offers a stunning panoramic view of the city and the Caspian Sea. The park is a popular spot for both locals and tourists, providing an ideal place for leisurely walks, picnics, and relaxation. Visitors can reach the park via the Baku Funicular or by walking up the hill. Key attractions include the Flame Towers, the Alley of Martyrs, and various memorials dedicated to Azerbaijan's historical figures and events.

Fairmont Baku, Flame Towers

Take a close look at Alov Towers, an example of Baku's modern architecture Relatively new to the skyline—they were only completed in 2012 the three glass skyscrapers that comprise the Flame Towers have already become iconic. The three towers sit atop a hill overlooking the old city center and Baku Bay and were inspired by the ancient practice of fire worship in Azerbaijan. By day, the blue-tinted reflective towers are impressive, but they’re truly spectacular after dark when their surfaces become a giant display of more than 10,000 LED lights that paint the towers with colors of fire, water, or the national flag. The buildings’ interiors house mostly offices and residences, but also notably the Fairmont Baku Hotel.

We had a great time on this walking tour of Baku city with our guide Elnur. Perfect for us. Elnur met us at our hotel and we started from there. Saw all the important sights and Elnur had a lot of information about the city. Highly recommended.

I took a private Baku City Tour with Brilliant Travels. They arranged it so well. I had a private car ready at every view point. Our private guide Mr Nurlan, was simply amazing with his knowledge about the history and currrnt scenario about the city and country. I would highly recommend him and his agency for any family looking for a perfect private tour in Azerbaijan.

It was an excellent tour of the modern and old city of Baku. Resul has gone above and beyond to explain everything thoroughly and shared insights into the local culture. Great value for money and very safe. Baku had changed very much over the years but this tour gives you glimpse to the past and future.

We had a very nice city tour. Our guide Elnur is very knowledgeable about the history of Baku and shared with us many interesting aspects of the city. He was very friendly and easy to communicate, and it was a very enjoyable trip. I found the most interesting the old city tour.

Great tour of Baku's old town and surrounding sights. The guide knew all the beautiful views and infinite facts and trivia. We could add or drop a landmark ourselves, and he took plenty of time to answer questions. We had a great afternoon!

The tour was amazing. It included different places, the highland park. The charming little Venice, funicular, the old city, Maidan tour and more. The guide is very professional, polite and informative. I definitely recommend him. The Azerbaijani people are very nice and peaceful. Thank you so much to Raslan for the amazing tour!!
