The team will be ready at Airport by outside arrival lounge hanging your name on sign board waiting for you as per your arrival flight schedule. Once you meet the driver, the driver will assist you to the car and take you to your destination in Bali. The service will be door to door. It's a private transfer service. which means, only you and your company will be in a car. The service is suitable for maximum 4 passenger and luggage. Its a flexible service, feel free to ask the driver if you need to stop somewhere on the way, before you get to your accommodation

5.00Widi was our driver and he was great company all the way to our hotel. The day before we were scheduled to arrive, I received a What’s App message re-confirming airport pick up details/ and I could see the driver’s profile photo too. We were reminded to connect to Bali airport wifi to keep in touch after we landed. When we arrived, we had received a message including a photo of the sign (with our name) to look out for upon exit. For anyone who schedules a similar meet & greet transfer, you’ll soon realise there is a wall of drivers waiting for airport pick ups, with similar signs. So it was good to know who we were looking for in advance! Widi is very personable, friendly and always willing to help. His car had air conditioning and he also provided a cold bottle of water. His English was great, and it was nice to just settle in and have chats as though he was a long-time friend! Great ride & service, no issues at all.

5.00Our hotel Nirjhara organised the airport transfer for us with Suli, who was a thoughtful driver, communicator and a great conversationalist. He was very patient when waiting for us to come through customs, and with the rush hour traffic. He has lots of helpful recommendations for the area and is well connected, both with the hotel and individually. We really appreciated Suli’s hospitality and thank him again for an excellent service!

5.00Our driverMr suliarsa played a huge role in making the tour smooth and enjoyable. From the moment of pick-up, he was punctual, polite, and very welcoming. His driving was safe and comfortable throughout the journey, which made traveling between destinations completely stress-free. What really stood out was his local knowledge and willingness to help. He shared useful information about the places we visited, suggested good spots for photos, and was always happy to adjust the schedule based on our preferences. It felt more like traveling with a helpful local friend than just a driver. The car was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which added to the overall experience. 5.00Even if we only had the drive from the accommodation to the airport with Widi, he left a consistently positive impression. He was absolutely punctual & reliable, and the ride was very relaxed. We would particularly like to highlight his considerate and calm driving style, which was very important for us with a sleeping child in the back seat. As a local, he also knew helpful creep routes, from which we benefited greatly – so we were not stuck in traffic for unnecessarily long and arrived at the airport on time. His friendly nature and open-minded communication also made the ride very pleasant. We would book him again at any time and can definitely recommend him!
