What To Expect
Badung Market Dempasar Bali
We start in front of the Badung Market in Denpasar, which is the biggest local market. We start by handpicking local fruits (Don't be surprised if you have never seen some of them)
Denpasar
After Badung Market, we will be walking around the neighborhood to continue our food expedition. We start by tasting a very unique sweet/salty dish that is surely memorable. Then we would be heading to what is called a "Warung" a very famous type of restaurants found in all of Indoneisa.

She led us to amazing food that we never would have found on our own, while giving us helpful tips and just having great conversations along the way. She even sent us the names of the dishes afterwards so we can (try to) find them again on our own. She is a wonderful guide and all around good person. 10/10 recommend!

5.00Highly recommended. We wanted to ensure we had the taste of Bali as we tend to pack our holidays with a lot of excursions and this was a way to guarantee it. We were not disappointed. Such outstanding, tasty local food and a good variety. Be prepared to pace yourself because you will want to finish everything that is provided to you. June was a great host and tour guide. Very warm and welcoming with great knowledge. You will be very lucky to have her as your guide.

5.00What a fantastic experience! June is wonderful and points out key places on the walk, she is very knowledgeable. So, much, food!! Brilliant! The Godzilla chicken was awesome, the clay pot, the noodles, the mangosteen, the coffee, the pandan cake…….. Use Gojek as there are no taxis in the main city. Thank you June 🙌🏼

5.00This has to be one of the best food tours I have done. Our guide was full of knowledge on the history of Bali and the food. The tour took us through Denpasar which is very different to the tourism areas Like Kuta and Seminyak. The market tour was awesome as you are amongst locals. The food and amount available was brilliant. Highly recommended

5.00We had an absolute blast with our guide June - she took us all over central Denpasar on a journey to discover delicious Balinese food. We visited street food stalls, a bakery, fresh market with yummy fruit, and several local restaurants. There was so much delicious food! June was a delightful and gracious guide, and made the tour extra special. If you are visiting Bali, do not miss this tour.
