5.00We bought tickets to surprise my sister for her birthday and it was amazing. When they arrived at the meeting point they were preparing the balloon and we could see how they started everything. Even if it was a little cloudy the views were amazing, it seemed like everything from a movie. The trip was very pleasant and quiet, during the flight it was neither cold nor hot, the sunrise views of Segovia from above unmatched. In the end we all helped to collect the balloon, it was very nice to see so many people collaborating cheerfully. The captain was very funny and explained everything clearly and humorously. Upon landing we were offered pecking and explained the tradition of drinking cava after ballooning and a little history. They took pictures and videos from outside the globe and sent them to us the next day. All the staff were very friendly and returned us to the starting point as promised. Definitely an experience we will repeat!

4.00The activity lasted almost 3 hours in total. He came little closer to the city as far as he could see. He didn’t alter the position of the basket enough, so we were there most of the time seeing the fields of Castile instead of the city.
