We gave up. After watching all the other balloons take off over Segovia, this one was struggling to inflate the balloon. They were so behind the take-off time. The balloon hadn't been unfurled at the takeoff time, let alone inflated. It was all over the place. The balloon inflated over and deflatedagain and again, over vehicles, another balloon basket and equipement. The team were shouting, pulling ropes here and there. It was a mess. We lost confidence, and were so cold waiting. Zero communication. We left. Don't even know if it eventually took off.
To forget. They charge us...

To forget. We are charged the day before the reservation, arriving to perform the activity when we are told that it had been suspended. With all the travel expenses and whatnot. No previous notification came to us and I am still waiting to be answered on the issue of the return of the money. Incompetent

Voyager balloons in Segovia was one of the best things we did on our trip! I highly recommend this company and this adventure. We don’t speak much Spanish, so the communication before and after the trip with Ronald was very very much appreciated! We walked from our hotel in the morning to the takeoff spot, and it was not a problem at all! We were told we wouldn’t be able to find a taxi that early in the morning and that worried me but it all worked out great. We just followed our GPS and it was a 15 minute walk.

Very well everything, at the end left at dawn time and it was a very quiet flight, the truth that the weather accompanied with a wonderful day, the instructors could see that they have many hours of flight and experience and that transmitted peace of mind.

It was a lot of fun with one hour worth of flight time. Most of the staff does not know English so it was hard to know what is needed. I would recommend reach out to the company ahead of time as they did not contact to make arrangements. I would also ask them to provide clear instructions if you do not have a car.

Even though the balloon tour had to be canceled due to weather, we did show up and the people there were extremely helpful and apologetic. We would recommend this tour.
