The guided tuk tuk tour lasts approximately 1 hour, making stops in front of the most interesting monuments of the city. The first stop will be at the Convento de la Santa, built on the birthplace of Santa Teresa (here we stay). around 15 minutes to see the patio of the old house, the Basilica inside and the birthplace of the Saint and room of relics) we will continue towards the Humilladero de los Cuatro Postes making another descent to be able to visit the monument and see a unique panoramic view of the entire city (this will be 10 minutes) and a 3rd stop with a descent to the North Lienzo of the Wall where you can take photos in front of one of the most characteristic views of the Wall (stop of about 5 minutes). All this accompanied by the audio guide and the driver's comments. In addition to what was mentioned we will see more than 12 monuments and places including the Convent of La Encarnación which is a little further away.

What To Expect
Puerta del Alcazar
One of the first stops will be at the gate of the wall called the Alcázar since the Alcázar of Ávila was located there, which has not survived the passage of time. In front is the Plaza de Santa Teresa, also well known for being there the Romanesque Church. of Saint Peter
Puerta Del Rastro
We will make a short stop without going down at the Puerta del Rastro located in the southern Lienzo of the Wall, where we will see a fantastic view of the well-known Paseo del Rastro and on the other side the Ambles Valley and we will enter the interior of the Wall to get to know the Avila palatial

5.00The hour tour lets you see the entire city with a nice stop at both the Santa Teresa church and the Four Pillars viewpoint. Being able to buy one seat [I shared the tuk tuk with a delightful family of mom and dad with two daughters from Barcelona] is so much better for solo travelers than the Madrid plan where you have to acquire the entire tuk tuk. Our guide was knowledgeable and delightful.
