  When I arrived at my hotel, I was told that Göreme is a better spot than Soğanlı for hot air balloon rides. But personally, I found Göreme to be overpriced. Now, coming to our trip — we were picked up right on time at 4:20 AM, despite staying an hour away from Soğanlı. We started the morning with a nice breakfast accompanied by tea and coffee, and then hopped into the basket, ready for takeoff. Our captain was both entertaining and humorous. He took us up to a height of 2,000 meters and even dipped into the valleys a couple of times, adding excitement to the ride. The views, the flight itself, the post-ride celebration, and the friendly, professional ground crew — everything was absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend this balloon ride!

  This is a must if you’re in Cappadocia. We chose to do this one as it was less crowded and there weren’t any absurd charges like other companies. Our pilot was funny and so very knowledgeable. He kept it super light as well as the entire Lord team. They were so helpful and kept everything running soooo smooth. We got picked up at the hotel promptly and had breakfast for about an hour which was very good. This valley had less balloons but was still a great experience! Highly recommend to fly with Lord Balloons!

  Highly recommended! It was an amazing experience and half the price in Goreme. It’s a far drive but pick up and drop off was hassle free. We waited about an hour until the crew got the clearance to fly. While waiting, they served breakfast in a warm waiting area. Our pilot Gorke and his entire team was fun and very skilled at what they do.

  Great choice if you want still to experience balloon flight at affordable price. Mu h cheaper than Goreme,but still with great scenery. Staff was great, captain Tank - very skilled with great sence of humor. Just keep in mind that there are not 100 ballons at the same time in the air, but 10. This is the only difference. Highly recommend it.
