Wow!! What an amazing experience - one not to be missed! The tour operator was great with communicating with us in advance of the booking and was very friendly and helpful. On the morning the driver was prompt with pick up (we were the first) and we only had 2 other stops before we went to the take off sight. We were met with tea, coffee and pastries upon arrival. You have to wait around 30 mins while they get the balloons ready but you don’t mind this as you’re just watching the balloons taking off. We were a family of four (with an 11 and 12 year old) and were given our own compartment in the basket, which had around 22-24 people max. The captain was great at explaining what we’d be doing and what we had to do when we land. Once we’re up and away, it was stunning! There were loads of other balloons in the sky and it truly was a sight to see over the caves and valleys below, it felt like a dream! When we were ready to land the captain gave us the signal, it was all very smooth. Once we were on the ground, the ground team met us and helped us get out of the basket and had champagne and cake ready. We were presented with certificates and magnet medals, which was a nice touch too. I would highly recommend Turquaz balloons, the team was very professional and made the experience one to remember forever

Incredible experience! The ride was smoothly and safe. I’m a bit afraid of the height, but the beauty of the scenery took my phobia away. Highly recommended.

If I could give this experience 6-stars, I would. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The cars that the balloon takes you up in are spacious and no one needed to stumble towards the edge of the basket to get a good pic. The service was also incredible - Mehmet WhatsApp'd me the night before to confirm pickup, the hot air balloon staff were a vibe but professional, the glass of champagne on landing with a small history of hot-air ballooning was also a nice touch. 10/10 would recommend
