What To Expect
Cappadocia
The Cappadocia region of Turkey is the perfect location for a hot-air balloon flight. After complimentary pickup from your hotel by comfortable, air-conditioned minivan, take in views of the Turkish countryside as you head to the hot-air balloon office, where you’ll enjoy a complimentary light breakfast of fruit, sandwich, cold and hot drinks. Head to the nearby launch field and watch as your 100-foot tall (30-meter) hot-air balloon is inflated before boarding the balloon basket with your experienced pilot. Then, up you go! As you fly through the Cappadocia valleys, take a close look at the rock formations and listen to your pilot's interesting commentary about Cappadocia's history and geological formations. See churches and houses carved into the rocks as the balloon climbs approximately 1,000 feet (300 meters). You would be presented with Royal Medal after flight. Royal Queen basket size is max. 24 people and Royal King basket size max. 12 people.

5.00We had an absolutely amazing hot air balloon experience with Soyler as our pilot. The flight was incredibly smooth, and Soyler was not only highly skilled but also very friendly and attentive throughout the entire experience. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and even helped us take beautiful photos and videos so we could truly capture the moment. What made this experience even more special is that it had been six days since the last time balloons were able to fly due to bad weather. We were incredibly lucky that our flight went ahead, especially since it was our only day in Cappadocia. Knowing how rare this opportunity was made the experience feel even more magical. The experience was well organized from start to finish — we enjoyed a nice breakfast before the flight, and after landing, we celebrated with champagne, which was the perfect way to end such an unforgettable morning. Floating over Cappadocia’s stunning landscapes at sunrise is something we’ll never forget. I would 100% recommend this company and especially Soyler if you’re considering a hot air balloon ride — it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized, from the hotel pickup to the breakfast served in a warm and welcoming place before the flight. A special thank you to Burak, who made this experience exceptional. He is a true professional, very skilled, calm, and reassuring throughout the entire flight. The quality of the flight was outstanding, and thanks to him we were able to discover Cappadocia from a breathtaking perspective, enjoying the most beautiful views of this wonderful region. 5.00Our hot air balloon flight with Royal Balloon was an amazing experience, truly everything we had hoped for. We are a family from Argentina, traveling with my husband and our two daughters (17 and 20 years old), and we felt comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. The organization was excellent, the staff was very professional and attentive, and all safety procedures were clearly explained and perfectly handled. We would especially like to thank our pilot, Burak Az, and his crew, who were outstanding. Their professionalism, calm attitude, and attention to detail made the flight smooth, safe, and truly enjoyable. Flying over Cappadocia at sunrise was magical and unforgettable. 5.00BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Tank was our pilot. He made us feel so safe. He is so knowledgeable of the landscape and the history behind it and he shares so much with the passengers. My spouse is afraid of heights and actually loved this experience. It was exactly the way they said it would be. This was by far the best thing we have done in Turkey.

5.00Our hot air balloon flight in Cappadocia with Royal Balloon was absolutely incredible, and a big part of that was thanks to our pilot, Ahmet. From the very beginning, Ahmet was extremely professional and calm, which immediately made everyone feel safe and relaxed. Throughout the flight, he kept pointing out the different areas and landmarks we could see from the balloon, which made the experience even more special and informative. What truly amazed me was his skill flying so low between the fairy chimneys at certain moments. I didn’t expect the balloon to get that close to the rock formations, and knowing how technically difficult that must be made it even more impressive. His control and precision were outstanding and gave us total confidence the entire time. On top of that, Ahmet took photos and 360° videos of us throughout the journey, so we have amazing memories to keep forever. An experience I’ll never forget. Truly a 10/10 and highly recommended if you’re visiting Cappadocia.
