The tour was organised and they keep good communication, reply within that day. Pilot was experience and the flight was very stable. Even my parent who are scared of height was not worry. We were lucky to have 7 people in total on our flight! And we got photos and video from the tour after ( with an extra fee) We got hotel pick up at 4:25am and went to have breakfast before going the ballon. Ballon took of at 5:30 and we had 1 hour flight time. The ballon was a bit distanced from other ballon so the other ballon looks a bit small, but still a nice view. My family recommended the trip and going with royal ballon :)

It was windy and we didn't fly, all flights were cancelled that day. They don't offer to replan, I'm waiting for the money back.

Amazing experience. At first I was afraid to get on a balloon, but my husband convinced me and I have no regrets! You can see that in everything related to this activity is very controlled to avoid accidents... At the end of the ride you are “rewarded” with a medal and a glass of sparkling white wine. It really was an amazing experience! The pilot very friendly and careful in his handling.
