  This is an out of this world experience! From landing in Keyseri, we had WhatsApp communication about pick up times and what’s expected from the tour company, Tour Mania. They were fab! The balloon experience wA something else and the pilot and whole team were just brilliant! It’s an experience we’ll never forget! So easy to book with confidence through Viator. Used it in New York a few years ago and again this time in Turkey and it can’t be faulted. Brill!

  Very nice flight. I do not give the 5 stars because we hired Spanish guide and there was no, so I recommend taking the cheapest because in the end it is the same experience.

  If i could give 0 stars i would. I do not think anyone should book this service as there is no due diligence when it comes to looking at the 3rd party vendor who provides this service and there capability. I booked a 60 min sunrise ballon flight which i was informed from Viators third party tour group was Atmosphere Ballons. Horrible experience is an understatement . We missed sunset, waited in the pick up bus on the location for over 45 mins with no clear instructions. Flight finally took off at 6am (sunrise on the day we flew was 5: 17am) once we finally got on the company used an excuse that due to heavy winds out flight will cut short from 60 mins to only 22 mins. When in reality all other balloon flight providers along with guest we confirmed with at our hotel after who also flew the same day with other providers started well before sunraise and were in flight for minimum 60 mins. Upon escalation to Viator nothing was done and an excuse on traffic control and weather was used to justify this poor experience. When in reality the situation was very different in person and these were all excuses the provider used to justify their actions. No refund or anything provided by Viator and no customer experience considered during any investigation. Very poor job Viator!

  Travellers should go with a high customer reviewed balloon company for good safety practices. If a person has mobility problems difficult to get in and out of basket.

  Very disappointed. We paid almost $700 for a “sunrise” balloon tour. We were picked up at 4:45AM but just had to sit in a van until after 6:15. We completely missed the sunrise and didn’t even get to see it from land because we were stuck in the van driving around while all the other balloons were in the air. We paid entirely too much for a second flight that wasn’t advertised as such. Our pilot did a good job and it was still a nice view once we finally got in the air, but we feel we did not get what we paid for when we booked a sunrise balloon tour. I wish we had gone with one of the companies who actually took off in time for the sunrise.
