5.00I went on the Banff Gondola, Hot Springs, Bow Falls, and Three Lakes tour with Matrix Tours and Travels Ltd., and it was an amazing experience! Everything was well-organized and stress-free. Our guide Mandip was fantastic — very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole trip enjoyable. He shared great insights, pointed out the best photo spots, and kept the group engaged throughout the day. The sights themselves were breathtaking — the views from the Gondola, the relaxing soak in the Hot Springs, the power of Bow Falls, and the peaceful beauty of the lakes. Each stop had the right amount of time to explore and take it all in. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Mandip as your guide!
