5.00We had a great time with Jugal as our host. He was courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was quite the gentleman. We spent some time with Mr. “V” as well; that was a treat too. Monarc VIP was great to do business with being very responsive and professional. They made very accommodating arrangements and the van was clean and well stocked. We visited all the most important sites in the Banff area. What a day! It was awesome, really. I highly recommend Jugal and Monarc VIP Tours.

5.00Highly recommend Vishal and his tours to anyone who is going to Banff. I went with my parents and my teenager . V was very helpful to my parents as well , helping them on hikes when needed and giving us tonnes of info on the locations making them more interesting. Overall enjoyed it. He took us to great spots .

He took me to all the famous spots on the itinerary and also showed me several hidden gems and extra places that made the experience feel even more special and personalized. 5.00This was an excellent tour. Vishal was our driver and he was so attentive to all our needs. He was courteous and very knowledgeable of the area. We went to so many of the iconic places that you want to see in the Banff area. The day was filled with show rain and sunshine. The crampons were a great plus for one of the trails he took us on. You will be so happy that you chose this tour.
